Removing, stacking and safe storage of MS steel walkways, staircase, MS tanks interconnection, shed work, fencing work and all steel support works other than 3000 kg of MS tanks and control panels and safe storage with in 100 meter area from existing STP, Draining, disposing and drying of water and sludge inside the 6 - no's of MS tanks of 85000 Liters capacity each and of 3000 x 7000 x 4500 mm to the nearby canal by means of pumping and gravity Removing, stacking and safe storage of MS steel tanks of 12500 kg each, of size 3000 x 7000 x 4500 mm, to safe storage area Removal of Plastic MBBR media, transferring it to plastic 25 kg size gunny 500-bags, and safe storage of materials ismantling and removal of Electrical control panel, TNEB control box and all electrical control panel boards as instructed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling, removal of 6 - No's of Submersible pump sets, support rails, lifting chains, treated water transfer pumps and accessories from the intake well in opposite side of the road from existing STP. Removal of Electrical cables, plumbing pipelines, cable trays and supports in the existing area from existing STP. Dismantling and removal of 6 - No's HDPE tanks, dosing tanks and overhead tanks from existing STP. Dismantling and removal of Online monitoring system, sensors, flow meters, surveillance system, LED monitors, cameras and safe storage within 100 meter area from existing STP as instructed by Engineer in charge

Welding, jointing, fixing, assembling 3000 kg of MS steel walkways, staircase, MS tanks interconnection, shed work, fencing work and all steel support works other than MS tanks and control panels, MS steel tanks of 12500 kg each, of size 3000 x 7000 x 4500 mm removed from the old STP & Fixing in the new STP area as instructed by Engineer in charge. Refilling and loading of Plastic MBBR media, from 25 kg size gunny 500 - bags from existing STP as instructed by Engineer in charge, for reuse in the new commissioned STP plant

Welding, jointing, fixing, assembling of 60 & 30 KLH 6 Nos of Submersible pump sets, support rails, lifting chains, and accessories inside the intake Silt separation well adjacent side to the newly proposed STP, Assembling 6 No's of HDPE tanks, dosing tanks and overhead tanks & Electrical cables, plumbing pipelines, cable trays and supports in the new STP area as instructed by Engineer in charge. Welding, jointing, fixing, assembling of Electrical control panel, TNEB control box and all electrical control panel boards & assembling of Online monitoring system, sensors, flow meters, CCTV surveillance system, LED monitors, cameras as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Supply installation, and fixing of PVC / UPVC pipeline works as required for new proposed STP plant & Supply of chemicals used for testing and commissioning new proposed STP. License charges for approval from TNEB, TNPCB and other stuatory authorities for change in location and set up of new STP.

Testing and Commissioning new STP after complete installation and testing, for span of 3 months including all required consumables and excluding the cost of TNEB to the satisfactory performance of the department and Engineer in charge
