Imp. Note - 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. 4. It is also proposed to mention that running bill shall be processed as per clause 7 subject to minimum amount of Rs.15.00 lakhs.

Extra over item no.1 for each additional depth of 1.5m or part thereof.

Earthwork excavation in foundations in soft rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means upto a depth not exceeding 1.5m including shoring and dewatering, if necessary and disposing of surplus excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre.

Extra over item no.3 for each additional depth of 1.5m or part thereof.

Excavation in foundations in hard rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means by Blasting upto a depth not exceeding 1.5m including dewatering, if necessary and stacking or disposing the excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre .

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete including formwork as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, fixing and testing 110mm OD HDPE pipes of Class PE100 of Reliance/Supreme/Astral or approved brands for water supply as per IS 4984: 1995 ensuring thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, acids etc. including all HDPE & fittings including jointing with Butt weilding including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 Kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands such as New Sardar, MOIRA, Kesar gold, Magnum, Goel etc. specified below, having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Note: 1. Structural steel conforming to IS: 2062 . 2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from the manufacturing firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. 4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. 5. Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Ador Welding Ltd., ESAB India, Oxygen and D&H SECHERON only shall be used.

Providing and fixing laminated closed cell Polyethylene foam joint filler 20mm thick (CAPCELL-HD-100 or other approved equivalent make) for expansion joint or other places including cutting, positioning, supporting, scaffolding and filling with approved sealing compound etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REINFORCED cement concrete at all levels in M-20 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete at all height as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions etc.

Walls, partitions and the like including attached pilasters etc.

Providing centering and shuttering at all heights using steel plates/Ply wood including strutting and propping, grinding the exposed surfaces to obtain smooth surface etc. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain mass concrete work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour Charge for transporting and fixing chainlink fencing and MS angles any where in RRCAT premises. The scope of work includes fixing of MS angles to the ground and chainlink fencing to it using binding wire etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling rubble masonry in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. lead as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position RCC Precast columns of size 200x200 mm, @ 1.80 C/C and panels of size 1800x250x50 mm for RCC Precast Boundary wall etc. of grade M-25 using graded stone aggregate 20mm max. size including formwork, consolidation, finishing with a coat of neat cement punning on all surfaces, filling the joints of cols & panels with CM 1:3, curing, transporting & ercting at specified place and making the wall in perfect line & length, Painting the RCC Precast Boundary wall with two coats of Waterproof cement paint over a coat of primer of approved shade including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per specifications, but excluding reinforcement and as directed by EIC.

Demolishing plaincement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. All complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Demolishing Reinforced cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. All complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling/removing barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including stacking anywhere in RRCAT campus, cutting, making rolls, transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/removing concertina barbed tape coil of 1050mm dia including MS angles posts/supports of any size & length including stacking anywhere in RRCAT campus, cutting, dismantling of concrete if any, making rolls, transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood/steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete

Supplying,stretching and fixing in position Concertina barbed tape coil of 600mm dia made from M S Galvanized ribbon tape of 0.5mm thickness 19mm width, stretching coil to 10m openable length approx. Fixing the coil with clips upto 4m height of wall from ground level with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m to 4.oom apart including supplying and fixing M S Gavanized clipss,stud tied with gi staples etc. complete as per manufacture's specification and including painting by dipping method the concertina tape cioil with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved primer at fabrication shope,before bringing the materials to site and fixing in position etc.at premises complete for work at all levels and anywhere in RRCAT.All comleted as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying,stretching and fixing in position 2ply, 12 guage, 4 spikes GI Barbed wire at specified spacing, firmly fixed to M S angle/RCC/wooden posts eigher horizontally or inclined manner including supplying and fixing necessary 'j' hooks bolts,nuts,washers,staples as required for work ar all levels and any where in RRCAT premises.all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
