Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debries to outside MD land and disposed off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast RCC cover slab and precast cement concrete block walling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) in cover slabs, drains and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm deep and above inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of strom water /area drain ( including removing and refixing RCC coverslab wherever necessary) around airfield of cross section area upto 1.50 sqm and removing silt, mud, earth , sludge etc to a distance not exceeding 1.50Km including making good the disturbed area adjacent to drains as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of strom water /area drain ( including removing and refixing RCC coverslab wherever necessary) around airfield of cross section area exceeding 1.50 sqm and removing silt, mud, earth , sludge etc to a distance not exceeding 1.50Km including making good the disturbed area adjacent to drains as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to timber/ GI/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling including S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm and aluminium sections for false ceiling main/cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm and wall angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm and including S & F hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjoining level fixed in roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete including dismantling old celing board complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sq.m. but n. exc. 0.11 Sq.m. (300x300mm size), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match for joint free over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 350 x 250 mm x 7mm/450 x 250 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall dado, skirting etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match over rendering layer of 10mm thick with CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.72 Sqm and not exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.72 sqm and not exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for providing 150mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed /floor /paving /hard standing, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
