Dismantling broken concrete/steel poles, any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down of existing street light from item No 1 above and fixing on new poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 3 here in before.

Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 80 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches (not more than 25mm girth) coming across LT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and disposal of branches from site exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Length of span is approx 25 to 50 RM. (ii) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/ renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (iii) All safety to laborer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. Supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,G I pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. NOTE:- 1.The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of ,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminous paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed. 2. Supply & Fixing in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 1.5 to 2.2 mtr long 32/40mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp , nuts, bolts and washers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminum paint complete as as specified and directed.

Material and labor disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , suitable size of thimble LT tap , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB DP , 63 Amps,50 Hz,10 KA,240 Volts complete as as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB SP , 6 to 32 Amps,50 Hz,10 KA,240 Volts complete as as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box weather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut, bolts & washer.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Supply drawing, connecting and testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible ) industrial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labor for carrying out balance distribution of load on LT Lines by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase,4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load. submit feeder wise report for before load balancing and after load balancing as per format given including maintenance of LT panel i.e. tinting of all nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning of LT panel dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT PCC poles for cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminum paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of PVC four way separator for existing over head ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs integral LED light fitting 45 watts comprising pressure die cast housing with power coated aluminum housing working as a heat shrink and toughened glass suitable for 32 mm OD pipe bracket IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC insulated twin core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm for connection of street light fittings.
