Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cmx20cmx25mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigment, set and jointed over and including 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by Engineer-In -charge laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-45 Grade as approved by Engineer-In -charge laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base coarse/floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, kerbs , and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formwork if required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/ PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per IS 383 and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC Post any section embadded in concrete, brick masonary complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter in any type of soil , getting out, retruning filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a dsitance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreage in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling bolting and rivetting conforming to Fe-290 Gd-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel barbed wire of any thickness and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.24 mm dia barbers at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with provison of galvisnised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for (Chainlink fence) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvnised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire as in straightening bars for chain link fencing ( annelaed) not less than 0.9 mmd ia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface of steel and iron surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on external wall of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finsihed the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 46800.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
