Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( including backing) removing from site and rubbish off premises complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of vitrified ceramic tile light shade 8 to 10mm thick light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450x350 x7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including stone slab of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick kota stone, machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado or in vertical surface including 15 mm thick cement mortar in (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) , 75 mm thick finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including bitumen/mast filling in the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, leveling course or filling in foundation in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down loose/damanged/breakage concrete of any description from reinforced cement concrete of columns, beams ,slab , bracing , chajjas, fins, facia, and wall etc upto height of 10 mtr from ground level by hammering with wooden malate carefully without damaging existing serviceable structure, chipping old concrete for receiving concrete, plastering etc and disposal of debris in low laying area of def land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 10mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for guniting with cement coarse sand 1:3 with and including adhesive bonding agent mixed @ 1 ltr per 50 kgs of cementand water cement ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using shotcrete pumps and allied equipment, uniform thickness of 30mm to 50mm including 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 uniform and smooth finished upto height of 10 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Before execution of guniting work all the machinary and plants like electric panel, elect motor and its accessories installed in the building to be covered properly with gunny bags or polyethylene sheets to avoid damage of the same)

Excavation in trenches in soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 using 20mm grared aggregate as in coping, beams, cantilevers, bressummers, Lintels over 1.5 m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 using 20mm grared aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beam or columns roof landing etc using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 using 20mm grared aggregate as in chajja using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete work of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete(nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs under -reamed piles and mass concrete using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete surface rough finished flat in foundations, footings, sides and sofits (if any) of foundations & plinths beams and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to side of concrete surface rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal as in columns, pillars, posts, struts, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of Lintel & Roof beams rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Formwork to rough finished flat surfaces as in soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, coping, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns hookings ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less the 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above, but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, including taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on new surfaces including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface, using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note -: The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by AGE (I) (U) B/R .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement/200 ml per 50 kg cement as per manufacturer instr finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC to be paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilling finish even and smooth w / o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white washcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat white wash on old decorated ceiling surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with white cement or cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of bib tap 15 mm dia fancy type chromium plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwd for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of stop valve /angle cock 15 mm dia Chromium plated fancy type cast copper alloy high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed for iron pipe or union and fixed complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Pillar tap 15mm dia, fancy type cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shank and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair plastic seat cover white/coloured (as required at site) for water closet padestal pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified and directed.
