Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for false ceiling using 25 x 23 x 1.5mm tee both ways & wall angle of 35 x 25 x 1.5mm (wall angle to be fitted to walls by screwing on wooden plugs, inserted in walls at every60 cm c/c and neatly sealed the cutting opening) and provide 12mm thick perforated type particle boards fixed or laid / inderted to aluminium frame work with screws including hangars 6 mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long (all costs are included) all as specified and as directed. Make : Hindal Co / Ajith India / Best lock Make of Particle Board : Anchor / Green ply / Indian Plywood (All ISI marked).

Dismantling of asbestos cement ( corrugated / semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position of framed work all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile stregth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, ridge /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces any description over 10 cm in width or girth, priming with red oxide and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered wall surface applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer ( Chalk whitening ) including 3mm wall care putty all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (above or below the ground level) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning or removal to store 15mm bore all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No: 15 but for 20 mm bore

Taking down 75 /110 mm dia . old PVC (SWR) pipes fixed on walls all as specified and directed.

Taking down old CI floor traps with waste pipe of length approximately 3.20 meter embedded in concrete and making good the disturbed portions with PCC 1:2:4 and S&F PVC floor trap of size 75 mm all as specified an directed. Note : S&F of waste pipe will be measured and paid separately in relevant items here in after.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12. 5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors all as specified.

M &L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

S&F grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT (minimum weight 40 gms) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm dia bib tap, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs15mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cub (concealed type) high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hingeing device all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frames) size not exc 1.50 sqm each and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube. A minimum of 6Nos screws to be provided for each frame all as specified and as shown in SSR part II drawing on page No. 160 and as directed. Note: The quoted rates are deemed to be included for cutting holes, providing concrete for hold fast and making good to the disturbed surfaces.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement all as specified, shown in SSR part II drawing on page No. 156 and as directed.

S & F for 100 mm size Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel all as specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm size Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the point wiring (light, Fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, , regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified.

Taking down Ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from celling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed.

M& L painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamal paint by spraying incl filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from celling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed.

M& L painting of exhaust fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamal paint by spraying incl filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulted FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including 20mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit with all accessories such as internal bend, end caps etc complete concealed in walls and surface in ceiling/roof/etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including fabricated branded modular metal flush box concealed in walls with suitable modular plate with cover with suitable screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One switch socket outlet point 5 Amps on independent board

All as per item No.59 described here-in-before but with copper conductor cable FRLS, 2.5 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps and including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor on independent board. Note for item No. 59 & 60 : Cutting chases and making good in wall / floor will be neasured and paid seperately

Supply & fix TARA-M/20W , LED tube light fitting 1x20 Watt MS white powder coated decorative LED T8 batten with PC tube complete. Make: C&S Cat No. LTDC0161820WLED + LT4F20WLEDT8/WD or equivelent in Havells, Philips.

Supply and fix TARA-M/10WLED tube light fitting 1x10 Watt MS White powder coated decorative LED T8 batten with PC LED Tube complete and making connection by using suitable size flexible copper wire twin core from ceiling rose to light fittings completed all as specified and directed. Make: C&S Cat No. LTDC01210WLED/WD or equivalent in Havells/Crompton/Wipro/Bajaj

M&L for Concealed Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/Ceiling etc all as specified and as directed by engr - in- charge. Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm, 1 run of 4 sqmm earth conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
