The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

Taking out existing unserviceable plastic/nylon niwar from the frame of charpoy GI pipe.Tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy by using pipe wrench ,Supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS flat Iron of size 32mm x 5 mm duly painted in black colour of length equal to width of plywood/GI charpoy.Drilling holes 02 Nos each in long rails,02 nos each in short rails & 01 nos on both flat iron at centre .Supply and fixing 12mm thick BWR plywood ISI marked of grade AA made of wood and other lignocellulosic products conforming to IS-303 of size 1980mm x 900mm fixed over the GI pipe frame by fixing 3 components(i.e- ply ,flat iron and rail )with nylon inserts lock nut and flat head bolt of length 70 to 75mm and dia 8mm with washers as directed by GE/Engr-In Charge. Makes of Ply Wood:-Kit Ply(Vista) / Everest(Gurjan core) / Century(Club Prime) / Archid ply(Gold)

Removing existing unserviceable/short lengthed long rail of charpoy GI Pipe.Supply and fixing new GI pipe long rail of length 1890mm including threading at both ends upto 22mm.The GI pipe shall be of medium grade having internal dia not less than 32mm and it should be ISI marked confirming to IS-1239.complete all as specified and shown on drawing.Make of GI Pipe- TATA/Jindal/Prakash Surya.

Material and Labour for making Short Rail out of unserviceable long rails retrieved from Sr Item No 1.01 after cutting the broken ends threads and making new threads on both ends upto 22mm and fixing the same to charpoy GI pipe.The complete length of each short rail including threading should be 810mm.Complete all as specified and shown on drawing

Material and Labour for making Leg out of unserviceable short rails retrieved from Sr Item No 1.02 after cutting the broken ends threads and making new threads on one end only upto 22mm and fixing hard wood plug on other end made out of 35mmx35mmx40mm with height 15mm. The length of each leg including threading and excluding wooden plug should be 380mm.Complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing existing unserviceable / short lengthed LEG from the charpoy by unscrewing ,Supply and fixing new GI pipe leg of length 380mm including threading at one end upto 22mm and fixing hard wood plug on other end made out of 35mmx35mmx40mm with height 15mm.The GI pipe leg shall be of medium grade having internal dia not less than 32mm and it should be ISI marked confirming to IS-1239.complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Make of GI Pipe- TATA/Jindal/Prakash Surya.

Removing existing unserviceable/broken three way 32mm dia GI Elbow from charpoy GI Pipe by unscrewing. Supply and fixing new three way GI Elbow for 32 mm internal dia GI pipe duly ISI marked.complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing existing unserviceable/broken 32mm dia GI checknut from charpoy GI Pipe by unscrewing. Supply and fixing new GI checknut for 32mm internal dia GI pipe having thickness not less than 13mm ISI marked.complete all as specified and shown on drawing.
