REPAIRS TO PATH, HARD STANDING, CHEQUERED TILES, PAVER BLOCKS AT KALINA, JUHU AND CERTAIN REPAIRS TO FENCING, SECURITY / COMPOUND WALL, RETAINING WALL AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT SANTACRUZ AND JUHU UNDER UNDER GE (N) SANTACRUZ

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for walling random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but except stone (old serviceable stones dismantled vide Item no.item no. 1 hereinabove shall to be re used in this items)

Material and labour for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones (granite or trap stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface, n exc.40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random rubble , uncoursed or brought up to course, in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, holstring courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerbs, water troughs, bed plates, concrete block for hold fast etc and the like including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aqggregate), with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or in concrete surfaces as in drain etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/ concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar (1:3), 25mm thick rendering with rounded or weathered finish and before mortar has set, glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximate 63 mm gauge firmly embedded @ 10 Kg glass per sqm of rendered surface complete as specified in SSR Part-I.
