Excavation in trenches, for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 30 cm in depth not exceeding 60 cm in width for passing of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed .Note : Making good with PCC shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item.

M&L for cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded granite stone aggregate for repairing to disturded surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking up/ down of following bores of steel tubing and connections from excavated trenches and building up to tripple storey with due care from site complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 15 mm nominal bore

Material & Labour to repair leakages through lead joints from existing CI/DI pipe, fittings, tee, bends tail pieces, connecting pieces etc by using previously used and additional run lead , spun yarn including caulking to make the joints water tight including excavation works as required complete all as specified and directed for the following bore pipe line but of size 80/100 mm.

All as per Serial item No 32.00 above but of size 150/200 mm.

M&L for Cast iron/ductile iron special fittings for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) socket tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs for upto 150 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal iron gate valve 20mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specified including dismantling the old unserviceable existing valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening up of leaking sluice valve 80 to 150mm and repacking of stuffing box, steel spindle with check nut & replacement of gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified.

Cutting and removing unwanted grass and wild growth including bushes and shrubs from the roots at water supply installations including removing and even finish the entire area complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer in charge.

Supply & Feeding/Dissolving calcium Hypo chlorite having 65% to 70% chlorine content Granular Chlorination Chemical (Water Treatment Chemical ), free flowing granular material free of foreign matter in 45 Kg in sealed packing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Feeding of calcium Hypo chlorite granules to dozer pump should be done on daily basis in limited amount as specified by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of Bib tap 15 mm size ISI marked standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipes and fixed.

Attending of day to day complaints of external water supply of any floor and all nature i.e. leakage in water pipe lines, fittings /fixture, no water supply including all type of complaint noted in complaint register all complaints slips received from the complaint cell and deposit the complaint slip after reactification and obtained signature of users with necessary T&P with experianced trade man with GI fittings i.e. elbow, tee, reducer, union, long screw socket, nipple, plug etc complete all as directed . Note : The complaint shall be attended and defect shall be rectified with in 24 hrs commencing from the date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from BIll.

M&L for quarterly cleaning after disconnecting and stopping of incoming and outgoing pipes of RCC over head tank of capacity 1,00,000 gallon by means of hassen clothe to avoid choking of distribution pipe lines,removing total water ,frame the over head tank,cleaning tank complete with steel brush, removing complete settled dirt /sand/silt and flushing the complete tank through wash out pipes,cleaning of pipes(Rising, delivery wash out ,over flow pipes),Sluice valve of any size including painting after cleaning surface of pipes with existing shade of synthetic enamel paint and date of cleaning shall also be mentioned on over head tank of pillar with synthetic enamel paint, including removing bee hives from OH Tank if present as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site complete all as specified and directed Note:- (a) The work shall be carried out through trained staff with hygiene and safety equipment. (b) Responsibility for insurance and safety of team will solely rest with the contractor.

M&L for repairing the leakage of flange end joints for MS/CI pipe by doing welding incl replacement of rubber gasket, nut, bolt and washers etc bailing out pipe line water as required and directed for the sizes upto 150mm bore.

Taking / lifting out defective submersible pumps set from bore well complete with column pipe upto 25mm dia steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc and relowering and commissioning the same after repairing works including rubber gasket and testing complete of rating 1.5 to 2 HP 3 phase.

Dismantling, taking out complete burnt winding wire of submersible motor including cleaning of stator slots replacement of defective parts and rewinding with existing type & gauge of copper winding wire pvc insulated as per motor capacity and using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc.replacement of submersible cable as required size/ length complete incl testing all as directed of rating 1.5 HP to 2 HP 3 phase. Noe : The cost of transportation from pump house/yard to workshop and workshop to pump house/yard shall deemed to be included in item rate quoted by contractor.
