FOOTPATH WAY FOR TOILET AND SHED AREA Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Celling, Inner wall and Outer Wall (Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand paper in and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair scratches etc complete and Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( one or more coats ) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade .)

Painting of Door, Window and Channel (Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two coats on old work.)

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soiling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 25 mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19 mm thick (1:2:4) with 12 mm to 6 mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6 mm thick (1:2) with 6 mm down stone chips, in pannels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. (1.0 mm thick)
