Fabrication and erection of closed CGI Shed of size ( 10’x10’) and Chain pulley arrangement for voltage stabilizer at LIS Padoh

Fabrication and erection of closed CGI Shed of size ( 10’x10’) with overhead gantry for voltage stabilizer and other electrical equipments at LIS Padoh by way of excavation of 04 no trenches/pits of size (2’x2’x3’) at appropriate places for making foundations for erection of vertical sections and size (1’x1’) upto the total length of four side walls for laying of plinth and then disposal of excavated material at permissible dumping place. Job further includes providing and fabrication of MS vertical square sections of size (4”x4”x14’)-2 nos, and (4”x4”x13’)-2 no having minimum thickness of 5mm with fabrication and welding of gusset plates of 1’x1’x12mm (having requisite no of holes) at bottom end of all the vertical sections for proper erection on foundation blocks. Laying of 4 no. RCC foundation blocks using TMT bar of 10mm dia mesh with cement concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 properly embedded with four no anchoring bolts of 25 mm dia and P/f of gusset plates of size 1’x1’ of minimum 12 mm thick on all the foundation blocks and laying of plinth with mix cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4 (cement :sand: gravel) with raised level of foundation block and plinth of one foot height above ground level. Job further includes erection of all the 4 nos fabricated vertical sections in their respective foundation blocks after proper fastening with nuts and washers. Providing and fabrication of 2 no MS sections of size (2”x4”x12’) having minimum thickness of 5 mm and then fixing on the top of vertical sections to act as trusses with proper welding and anchoring using good quality electrodes. Providing and fabrication of MS sections for making purlins approximately 48’ in length of size (1.5”x3”) having minimum thickness of 3mm and then fixing on the trusses with proper welding using good quality electrodes. Providing and fabrication of MS square sections of size (2”x2”) approximately 90’ in length having minimum thickness of 3mm and then fixing around all the vertical sections/four sides of fabricated structure with proper welding using good quality electrodes for fitting of CGI sheets. Job also includes painting of all the MS items with two coats of primer red oxide after removing of rust/dust with the help of sand/emery paper and then two coats of black enamel paint for protection of the structure. Providing and fixing of 4 no coloured CGI sheets of 0.5 mm thick of 12 feet long on slanting roof and requisite Nos of coloured CGI sheets of 0.5 mm thickness on all the four walls of fabricated structure using screws, nuts, bolts, hooks and washers etc including fabrication of 10 x10 feet entrance door on front side after providing and fabrication of proper MS frame fabricated out of size(1.5’’ x 3’’) 3mm thick MS pipe as per requirement for door with fixing of locking arrangement. Job further includes providing fabrication and fitting of MS square pipe of size 4”x4”approx.28 feet in length and erection of the said pipe in two equal pieces at appropriate places in plinth and providing/fitting of I shape girder of specification (ISMB-200) approx. 10 feet in length on the top of the erected members using MS square plates with proper welding for chain pulley arrangement. Providing and fixing of chain pulley block of 2T capacity along with hanging arrangement on the said girder . Job further includes complete flooring including clay filling, shingling and concreting in the ratio of 1:2:4 up to the required level and curing complete, for making floor smooth .The dimensions and quantities may increase or decrease at the time of actual execution of the job. Complete job includes cost of material such as CGI sheets ,MS sections, cement ,sand ,gravel ,paints ,nuts ,bolts ,transportation charges, loading and unloading charges, headload charges, skilled/unskilled labour charges on account of handling ,cutting ,fabrication ,erection ,curing etc and hire charges of welding set ,gas cutter, shuttering material etc inclusive of all taxes.
