Material and labour for dismantling condenser connections for descaling, plugging them and providing 15 mm bore tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate mild acid solution through the condenser tubes). The PH value of solution shall be 4 and it shall be checked frequently i.e. every 1 hour during the operation. The Scalgun WS solution or equivalent solution as approved by the GE shall be used for discaling purpose. After 2 to 3 hours of cleaning, if the PH value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water and clean condenser. After above process, both side end covers shall be opened and condenser tubes shall be cleaned with Nylon brush, subsequently after closing the end covers, circulate mild acid solution as specified above and PH value shall be maintained as above, flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant upto required pressure complete all as specified and directed for condensor of AC Plant 2 x 240 TR capacity (C.NO.51/Wecors,Gr. floor, East Wing, NAVAL DOCKYARD,). Notes: The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements :- (a) The solution shall be warmed upto 35 Degree Celsius. (b) During the entire process of cleaning, the PH value of water shall be 7. (c) Provision of solution for descaling, rubber gaskets, washers, nuts, bolts etc as directed.

Disconnecting unserviceable burnt motor from base of compressor or water pump set after disconnect of all electric connections and removing for re-winding the burnt electric motor capacity 100/125 HP, 3 phase, 50Hz, 415 Volts, rewinding with ISI marked new supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge from approved workshop, replacement of un serviceable front and rear bearings including loading, unloading and transportion to and from Workshop & Plant including varnishing, heating for drying, testing on load complete after completion of rewinding work and back to installation including refixing, alignment the motor at its original location and electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Dismantling the existing burnt winding from the motor including winding with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, also including provision of all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc complete in all respects for class ’F’ insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including making alignment, electric connection etc complete, commissioning and testing for 8 hours continuously to check the RPM to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Any damage caused during handling and rewinding etc will be made good by the contractor at his own cost). (d) The existing motors are installed at , NAD Mine Workshop & Wacors ARF Bldg

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable Cooling Tower accessories i.e. Nozzeles, water inlet/outlet pipe and filter, Fan blade, fan blade housing assembly, GI bolts, nuts, MS frame and ladder etc complete and refitting old PVC fills (serviceable qty shall be reused to the extent available) after cleaning with diluted HCL solution suitable for the existing cooling tower, servicing of fan and motor assembly including removal of dust, oil, scaling of motor body and replacing the unseviceable bearing, painting with anticorrosive paint & reassembling complete cooling tower complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Extra PVC fills and PVC spray Nozzels as required to complete the job shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" to the extent required and cost of all the other elements to make the cooling towers completely functional shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix in replacement multipurpose door lock with duplicate key of refrigerator of any make & capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking out old unserviceable cooling coil of window/split type AC any capacity and any make with sins cutting in let outlet connecting copper pipe and providing new cooling coil with sins and connecting in let out let copper pipe by bracing and replacement of nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fix Condensing unit Bracket of any size and type suitable for supporting to out door unit of split type AC including nut, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix in replacement Contactor of split type AC any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix in replacement sunction & liquide line valve of size (5/8"&1/4")/(5/8"&3/8") suitable for split type AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and filling Refrigerant Gas R-22/R-32/R-404 as requirement at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Repair/eplacement of indoor unit of split type AC 1.5TR capacity having 3 star rating complete with all accessories such as installation plate with screw, blower motor, swing notor, filter and PCB etc duly prewired including reconnecting of existing refrigerant piping, electrical connections, drain pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Old indoor unit will be deposied to MES (E/M) Store yard.
Repair/replacement of outdoor unit of split type AC 1.5TR cap having 3 star rating complete with all accessories such as hermetically sealed compressor, condenser unit,capacitor, relay, fan motor etc duly prewired including reconnecting of existing refrigerant piping, electrical connection,etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old Outdoor unit will be deposied to MES (E/M) Store yard
