Dismantling floor hearth wall tilling including CM (beading bud not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-skid premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 7-8 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 6-8 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any thickness(below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying three coat of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacturer instruction and providing 200micron thick polythene film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @ 0.5 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 Using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as in as in PCC combing / benching on floor/ wall juction of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC cement concete tiles of size 250x250 and 20 to 25mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick (1:4) cement bed, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including bromming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorosecent salts and trading oil and greasy sports and including filling the nail holes/depressions by using filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty to obtain even and smooth finish and applying one coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
