Replacement of 11KV HT Panel at AAI RHQ-NR

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type HT Panel for use on 3 phase, 11 KV, 630 A, 26.30 KA, Indoor Type, 50 Hz AC supply earthed system having a Short Circuit Capacity of 26.30 KA for 03 Sec. at 11 KV, comprising of 05 (Five) Nos. VCBs (Two for Incomer, Two for Outgoings and One for Bus Coupler) of 630 Amp current capacities, Triple Pole VCBs. CRCA Panel shall be equipped with Power Pack /CT/PT/ DFMs/Indicating Lamp/ Switches/Relays /Bus Bar & other relevant accessories complete as required.

Supplying & making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound including lugs and other jointing materials for 120 Sq.mm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying & laying 25 mm x 5 mm Copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip electrode including connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (jointing shall be done by overlapping & with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer excavation & re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SProviding, laying & fixing of 150mm dia G.I.pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm) deep and refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing 3-phase, 11KV, 50HZ AC supply HT panel consisting of old Oil Circuit Breaker along with all the eletrical accessories i/c shifting of dismantled material from HT panel room to AAI store complete as required.
