Supply Installation Testing and commisioning of indoor type Isolation transformer of capacity 25 KVA,, Three phase ,50 Hz , Copper wound , oil cooled , class of insulation A ,metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 415+-5% and output voltage range 415+-5% ,Ratio 1:1 , Vector Group :Dyn 11, Delta- star , Indoor type with suitable IP protection (CPRI Approval Required) with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level , efficiency more than 95 % , separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter , adequate number of cooling radiators , lifting hooks one set , Earthing terminal two nos complete with Over load /short circuit protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation and laying of cable and getting out in any type soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil etc complete as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer dry clean Ganga river of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be measured.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to GI strip 25 X 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

M&L for Copper strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete connection with the existing copper earth strip with nut bolt joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete connection with the existing GI earth strip with welding/nut bolt joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI tubing 40 mm dia GI pipe , light grade, galvanized, in trenches or fixed on walls/ floors/ roofs etc with and including provision of all connected fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
