Earth work in excavation by All kinds of soil mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas including WBM ,soiling etc.and disposal of material inside NGRI campus along the compound wall and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed , as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade HYSD Fe-415 or more. 16mm Dia bars straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level - All work up to plinth level :) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) . To complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). To complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel Top and Bottom welding 8mm thick plates work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting in oval shape, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete and arrange the necessary requirements to complete the as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

MS. Steel work in built Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, main posts Class-B and truses Class-B type sections etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and and hinges, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.
