52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications. this includes cost of cement slurry , but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Providing & laying 2 mm thick self levelling antistatic hard epoxy flooring using approved make & colors FOSROC or approve equivalent by preparing the concrete floor surface using captive shot blasting machine. Cut open all construction joints to fill with epoxy putty using Nitocote VF or equivalent. Same treatment will carried out to treat shrinkage joints. Providing and applying one coat of Nitoprime 25 or equivalent. Providing and applying NitoflorSL or equivalent conductive undercoat and over coated with Nitoflor SL or equivalent conductive top coat in 2 mm thick over primed surface at 7.5 sq.mt. per pack and finishing as per Fosroc specification. When measured for surface resistance in accordance with BS 2050 : 1978 (A-1984) and DIN EN 1081, the static Conductive topping including Under coat shall be in the range of 50 - 1000 K Ohms. When tested for static decay as per Federal Test method 101B, Method 4046, the static conductive topping shall take not more than a time of 0.01 seconds to decay with + 5KV peak charge to 0%. The surface resistance of the Conductive undercoat shall be in the range of 3 – 9 K Ohms.follow specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SUBHEAD - VII- ALUMINIUM AND STEEL JOINERY WORK :-
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The shutter shall be 45mm thick fully flush made out of 1.20 mm thick galvanized steel both sides,unfill material shall be resin bonded honey comb craft paper for rigidity and sound insulations. Door frames and shutters shall be finished with two coats of epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished paint shall be in polyurethane aliphatic grade for superior addition, scratch resistant etc. Inclusive of approval of shop drawings ,gaskets & all other hardware etc. all complete.
SUBHEAD - VIII- STEEL WORK
Structural steel work to be riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Structural steel work for MS Rails ISLB 65 for trolley movements in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.using sections like IS Beams, channels, plates etc., at all heights.
Supply & erection of Pre-engineered building sections as per the preliminary general arrangement plans & sections . All primary steel (ref to rigid frames, lean to rafters, column, canopy rafter, interior column members ,end wall wind columns corner columns, beams, truss member, base pate.etc ) shall be built up section from plates shall have flanges & web joint on one side of the web by contineous welding process. The plate shall have a minimum yeild strength of 345 MPA , grade 50 plates to ASTM -A-572 grade 50 equivalent to IS -8500.The built up sections shall be prepared by contineous sub merged arc welding to double side complete for finished items of work.
Supply & erection of Pre-engineered building sections as per the preliminary general arrangement plans & sections . All Secondary structural steel shall include the purlins, girts, eave struts, bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips, flashings and other miscellaneous structural parts with connections using plates, channels and angles, gusset plate, foundation bolt, cleats, fasteners etc. steel conforming to IS 226 and IS 2062 with minimum yield strentgh of 350 MPa. The rate of steel work shall include assembly, welding, jointing, building up new sections, cost of fasteners (nut, bolts and washers) etc. The rate shall also include painting as per specifications, necessary bolts & washers for fixing including grouting of bolts with 1:3 non shrink cement grout etc., complete all as per design, details, drawings, specifications etc. with all lead & lift for all materials and labour and as directed, at all heights and locations. All Z purlins shall be pre-galvanised as per IS code. Suitable wind bracings sag rods to be reckoned while designing the structure.
SUBHEAD - IX - ROOFING ANDMISCELLANEOUS WORK
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixedwith water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge.
(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 m square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :
With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

AIR & DIRT SEPERATOR
Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of In-line Air & Dirt Separator. removing of free air, bubbles and microbubbles in combination with separation and removal of dirt particles within chilled water system. The acceptable design shall incorporate a separating element to force water into tranquillity zones for air and dirt removal. A nozzle shall force de-aerated water into the main flow to divert contaminated water through the separating element. A high capacity, conical brass automatic air vent shall be installed on the top of the vessel for air discharge. Drain valve for removal of floating debris and dirt. MV Panels
Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA/Galvanised steel enclosure for main frame and 1.6mm thick partitions and shall have IK Certification as per IEC 62262 for mechanical strength/ruggedness, after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The Metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have Short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below.The panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers as per IEC 61439(Part-1&2). Indoor panels shall have IP-4X degree of protection and outdoor panels shall have IP-55 degree of protection wiith external door . Enclosure shall be modular with bolted design. Enclosure shall be powder coated with RAL-7035 coat with matt finish. Design ambient temperature shall be 50 degree centrigrade. No use of hygroscopic material like FRP/Hylam/Bakellite sheet inside the panel for partitions or any other purpose.

Supply, Erection and commissioning of following 415V, 3phase 50HZ, 4 wire Radiator cooled DG sets with Accoustic Enclosure with out Electrical Control panel. The Diesel Engine shall be complete with necessary control and safety devices as per IS/ BS specifications. The Engine shall be suitable for continuous operation of Generator, inclusive of Flywheel, flexible coupling, air cleaner, corrosion resistor, Radiator, fan with guard, Fuel pump,fuel filter, Electronic governor, starting system with separate Battery charger with 2nos 24Vsealed low Maintenance Batteries, Voltage regulator, Instrument panel with RPM Indicator, Exhuast silencer (residential), protections against Low Lub.oil pressure, high water temperature and with standard capacity fuel tank suitable for 8hrs of Full load operation & Additional 990Ltrs tank with all pipe connections, fuel lines from Fuel tank to DG set, battery stand, anti vibration pads and first filling of lubricating oil and fuel oil for set. EARTHWORK EXCAVATION

SUBHEAD - XXV - ARBORICULTURE WORKS
TREE PLANTATION
(a) Digging pits in all type of soils and refilling the same with the good earth (excavated/imported) & manure (organic manure/cow dung/sludge) in the ratio of 3:1. ( 03 part of stacked volume of good earth & 01 part of stacked volume of manure). Cost of manure/sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. Each pit to be mixed with antitermite chemical/granules, Thimet 10G @ 100-200 gm/pit.( i) AVENUE / FLOWERING TREES /PALMS, PIT Size : 1 mts x 1 mts x 1 mts (L x W x D).
(b) Each pit to be added with 100 gms of Thimet 10 g granule, to control termite attack. (Repeat the treatment after 06 months, if termite persists.) Flooding the pit basin with water, dressing including removal of rubbish & surplus earth, if any, with all lead & lifts.
(c) Supply and plantation of approved varieties of healthy, disease free, stout stem & well developed root system tree sapling of, 5’- 6’ height, with a clear minimum height of 4’-5’ from basin/ ground level, after plantation. Staking the tree sapling upto 3/4 height with appropriate strength of bamboo stick. Lower 1 feet of stake portion should be treated with anti-termite chemical.
(d) Afterward the regular maintenance for 11 months as per standard specification.
SHRUBS
Digging pits in all type of soils and refilling the same the good earth (excavated/imported) & manure (organic manure/cow dung/sludge) in the ratio of 5:1. ( 05 part of stacked volume of good earth & 01 part of stacked volume of manure). Cost of manure/sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. Each pit to be mixed with antitermite chemical/granules Thimet 10G, @ 50-100 gms/pit.
(i) Pit size (i.i) 0.60 mts x 0.60 mts (Dia x Depth)
(ii) Supply & plantation of shrub and/ or rose sapling to pit, appropriate stacking & initial maintenance for 30 days. Replacement of sapling casualties immediately.
(iii) Afterward 11 months maintenance as per standard specification
HEDGE PLANTATION
(a) Digging trenches of approved/desired size of L x W (45 - 50 cms) x D ( 30-60 cm) in all type of soil. Refilling the trenches with good earth (excavated /imported) mixed with manure (cowdung/sludge/dump) in the ratio of 5:1 (05 part of good earth and 01 part of manure by stacked volume). Cost of manure/sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. For Termite treatment add Thimet 10G granules @ 100 gms/running mts. Flooding the trench with water and than rough & fine dressing of trenched area including removal of undesirable weeds & vegetation.
(b) Hedge with sapling height - 0.45 mts to 0.60 mts (After Plantation).(i.i) Density - @ 07 Nos plants / running metres (staggard condition)
(c) Afterward maintenance of hedge length for 11 months as per standard maintenance specification.
GROUND COVER
(i) Digging of ground cover marked area upto a deapth of 30 Cms in all type of soils. Refilling the same with (excavated/supplied) good earth mixed with manure (organic/cowdung/sludge) in the ratio of 8:1 (08 part of good earth & 01 part of manure by stacked volume). Cost of manure/sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. For Termite treatment add Thimet 10G granules @ 100 gms/ sq mts. Flooding with water the entire area. Rough & fine dressing of the ground cover bed area and removal of weeds & unwanted vegetation & its disposal.
(ii) Supply and plantation of approved / desired ground cover plant varieties, well established , fully grown, disease free and good foliage. Plantation density should be @ 36 ground cover plants/square metre, or less as desired or decided by site incharge. Maintenance of all the ground cover area for 30 days till the plants establish well.
(iii) Regular maintenance afterward for 11 months as per standard specification.
Soil Supply : -Supply of soil obtained form approved borrow pits outside MOD land for arboriculture work after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth.
PVC Pipe Line 63mm: Supply & laying of 63mm dia PVC pipeline of ISI inclduing excavtion of soil upto 0.60m depth fixing with all accessories and providing outlet where ever required back filling etc complete.
