FANS Taking down the following types of fan for carrying out servicing and repairs such as cleaning and application of lubricants / grease etc including replacement of defective spare parts and replacing consumables such as cotter pins, bolts and nuts, mounting clamps / bushes and painting of fans with two coats of synthetic enamel paints using spray paints after filling of cavities and writing of SM/MES NO including refixing of fans, connecting with twin flexible cord from ceiling rose to fan connector terminal , and testing complete all as specified Note :- (i) Spares required will be measured and paid under relevant items (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of cost of consumables.

S&F in repairs for down rod 15mm bore up to 200 cm length made out of Galvanised iron, with complete provision for hanging ceiling fan including cutting/threading provision at both ends and making suitable holes for inserting split pins/cotter pins including suitable check nuts and painting of fans with two coats of synthetic enamel paints using sprey paints complete all as specified

S&F in repairs louvers made out of plastic body suitable for up to 450 mm sweep exhaust fan complete including taking down unsv louvers all as specified

S&F in repairs for fastener 4 " suitable for fixing of exhaust fan on wall and ceiling fan on roof complete including taking down unsv fastener all as specified

GEYSERS M&L for disconnecting electrical and water connection from geyser, dismantling and taking down geyser of capacity up to 50 ltrs and carrying out repair such as cleaning and descaling of inner tank , and servicing the geyser complete by replacing the defective spares and accessories including replacement of plumbing accessories complete including painting of geyser with two coats of synthetic enamal paint using sprey gun and writing SM/MES No , and re- assembling, re fixing with by replacing corroded/wornout mounting bolts , connecting with 3 core flxible copper cable 2.5 sqmm with 15 Amp Plug top, testing completion all as specified . Note :- (i) Spares and accessories will be measure and paid under relevant items. (ii) The rate deemed to be inclusive of consuamble such as fixing screw, wahsers etc.
