Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two coat of JSW wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work)

Providing granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal 10 to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Painting two coat with approved quality of oil bound distemper with colour over one coat of white cement for primier coat for the base including preparing surface and all Material cost Labour etc

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.
