M&L for PCC Type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in pillars, boundary pillars and post holes (including caps and bases) and mass concrete.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

S&F for mild steel bolts, purpose made, 75 mm long and diameter of neck 12 mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of seopy / ciril colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, as per manufacturer instructions as specified.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-iv of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc of size 80 mm x 15 mm and pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c back support frame of size 900 x 750 mm made up of stainless steel square pipe of size 40x40 mm along with thrust resistant measures, mounted and fixed on two legs of 50 mm dia stainless steel pipes (304 grade) of length 2900 mm vertical posts each, including making holes, cut to size, including bending or turning up, mitered angles, etc back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two coats of epoxy paint over one coat of primer including all leads and lifts etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
