PROVIDING CEMENT CONCRETE FLOORING IN TNSTC(SALEM) DEPOT AT THARAMANGALAM

Tharamangalam Branch - Floor

Earth work open excavation in sand, silt or loose soil, wet sandor silt not under water, light black cotton soil and sandy loam and ordinary soil as per as per SS 20A including depositing the earth within the compound wall with an initial lead of 10m. and lift of 2m. etc.,

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for fondation and flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (mixing mortar by machine)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing cement concrete pavement of 150mm. thick in P,C.C.1:2:4 (One cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four hard broken stone) of graded concrete using 66.67% of 40mm size ISS stone jelly and 33.33% of 20mm size ISS stone jelly for flooring 3 M X 6 M of size of bays alternatively 150 mm thick , including curing, consolidation by using vibrators and finishing the top of the flooring. The rate includes the charges for steel centering for the bays of the flooring area with supports if any required and labour charge for fixing the channel firmly on ground with necessary fixing rod, aligning and including the cost of bitumen pad (12mm thick) provided for the expansion joint of flooring concrete (mixing mortar by machine ) complete as per the direction of corporation officer in charge

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete for foundation and basement

Charges towards removing the surplus waste earth and debris using Tractor of 2.83Cum.(100Cft) capacity including loading , unloading charges, conveyance charges etc with in 2km radius etc., complete as per the direction of corporation officers in charge
