Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centring and shuttering-all work upto plinth level.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand paper in and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm MS gusset plates at the junction and corners.all necessary fittings completejncluding applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplastidsed-PVC(working pressure 4kgf per sqm) rain water pipes conforming to IS:4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised -PVC molded fittings / accessories for unplasticised-PVC rain water pipes conforming to (S:4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade

Applying priming coat:

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement

Supplying and fixing-rolling shuters of approved make.made of required size of M.S.Iaths interlocked together through their intire length and jointed togetherat the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arragements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS:4454-part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

Standard fasteners shll be No.14 ,Type A self-tapping sheet metal screw with metal and neoprane Washers.All screw shll have hexagonal heads,be color coated to matc roof and wall sheeting and made zinc plated sheet.

Roof Pannels shall be of 26-guage thick profiled galvalume color coated steel sheeting .In case of prepainted galvalume panels,the exterior face is prepainted with 1 mil.Thick factory applied polyster paint .The interior face is prpainted with 0.50 mil. Thick factory applied polyster paint.Each panel shall provide one-meter coverage and can be shipped in any length up to 10 m.Color of interior and exterior faces shall be white /gray.The material shall confirm to ASIMA/92 and the galvalume coating to ASIM - A/92-A2150.The yield strength of material shall be 345 N/mm2 (minimum).
