Cleaning of the condensor, evaporator, fins and cooling coils shall be done using Blower / Vacuum cleaner, cleaning clothes, nylon brushes etc till scales and dirts are removed including cleaning of drain pipe line and replacement of unserviceable spares if any and ensuring its serviceability by keeping the AC in good working condition all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. During servicing work, if any major fault is observed, the machine will be repaired under respective item of the schedule under Supply and fix in repair work, and thereafter servicing will be undertaken and completed. 2. Spares required for repair of unserviceable machines if any will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as "Supplied only" items. However, for servicing work, cost of minor spares to be replaced if any and not specified in this schedule viz. screws, washers, teflon seal, rubber bush, insulation tape, copper thimble, copper connecting jack, short length connecting wire, markers etc upto Rs 100 is deem to be included in the rate of the item. 3. Cost of taking down, reinstallation and transportation if required for the servicing / repair work is deem to be included in the price. 4. Servicing and repair work will be carried out within the contract period as and when required as per the site requirement and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M/L for Gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas for Split / Windows ACs of any make, model and capacity, Refrigerator and Water coolers of any make, Model of any capacity in position or by taking down including leak testing to achieve desired suction pressure and temperature and all as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: Leakage or loss of gas due to imperfect workmanship will not be measured. Only the qty of gas utilised as per design of machine will be measured after successful gas charging.

Supply and fixing in repair, Out door Bracket ISI marked suitable for fixing out door unit of Split type ACs of any make and capacity along with MS clamps, bracings, supports, bolts, nuts & washers, PVC rawl plug etc and making good disturbed surface of wall in CM 1:3 including painting to match with existing surface and all as directed.

M/L for carrying out spray painting complete unit of window type AC of any make, model and capacity after dismantling, and painting on sheet metal enclosers interanally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade after preparation of surface and writing the MES/SM Nos, re-assembling and reconnecting the AC unit at its installed location complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 2.72 above but for outdoor unit of split AC of any capacity make and model.

Repair of voltage stabilizer of any capacity ( 1 to 5 KVA) and make, opening up for inspection/checking serviceability of voltage regulating transformer relays, circuit board, voltmeters, incoming/outgoing connections etc and reassembling the same with dismantled component after replacement of burnt spare parts and internal wiring complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under items below :-

Taking down geysers carrying for repairing, servicing, cleaning etc, replacement of thermostat, heating element, indicator lamp and thermal cut out incl fixing of PVC cable, sheathed, three core with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm and refixing the geysers at location for 25 litres Capacity :- (Note:- Heating element, thermostat etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Taking down geysers carrying for repairing, servicing, cleaning etc, replacement of thermostat, heating element, indicator lamp and thermal cut out incl fixing of PVC cable, sheathed, three core with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm and refixing the geysers at location for 50 litres Capacity :- (Note:- Heating element, thermostat etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)
