Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. TNBP No.30

A) WITH STRUTTING ( RCC Work)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and Filing in foundation and basement with Filling well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).

Random Rubble Masonry using CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using rough stones and bond stones for foundation and basement and including pointing above G.L including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers.TNBP No:35H

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Fly Ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(One Cement and Five Sand) 12 mm thick complying with water proof compounded with standard specification.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sun-shades, acia, eanopyslab, stair-case, waist slab, handing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10MM thick including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar or nosing for sun-shades and stair ease steps, landing slabs and etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel door including cost and conveyance charges to site fixing in its position and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting new iron work with two coats of best first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing red oxide primer coat as directed by departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved color over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 24 ISI Make with Standard specification .

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. SD 38. ISI Make with Standard specification .

Supply and run of 2 of 4sqmm (56 / 0.3) insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Cconductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. SD 65 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 x 4sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe ( Class ‘B’) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. SD 70 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V)32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.SD125 ISI make with standard specification. .

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick (S.I.No.278) & ( P & D) Data 54.Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, etc.complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No:44-I

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and erecting in position of 1000 liters capacity Industrial Model Reverse Osmosis Water-cum-Purifier to deliver Potable Water with World Health Organisation (WHO) Standards with following accessories.(a) MS Skid - 1 No,(b) Media 11054 No. Vessel with 20 nb (with Media Pubble and Fine Sand and Activated Carbon Filling) set (c) Feed Pump 0.50 HP – 1 No.(d) Vertical Pump 2-9, 2.00 HP / Single Phase – 1 No.(e) Membrane 40 x 40 filmtech (or) equilaents / Osmonic (USA) - 1 No. and Membrane Pressure Vessel 40 x 40 -1 No. & Pressure Gauge - 2 Nos.(f) Flow Meter - 1 No. 20” Filter with Housing - 1 No., Low Pressure Switch - 1 No., Level Switch - 1 No. & Necessary CPVC Pipes and Fittings.The system shall be provide with Two Panel Control System with necessary Stainless Valves and Fittings and Float Control etc. The rate should be inclusive of all civil works,wherever necessary to install the System in position and intact.

Drilling 150mm deep vertical bore well in all clause of soils /hard rock area including all transportation charges of rigid and labour charges etc complete

Supply and delivery of 20LPM X 150M Head submersible pump set with necessary accessories ISI make including cost and conveyance charges to site and etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 20LPM X 150M Head submersible pump set panel board necessary accessories ISI make including cost and conveyance charges to site and etc., complete.

Supplying and delivery of 2.50Sq.mm of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable confirming to IS694/ 1990 etc complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.SL.NO 17C-2
