Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

All as per item No-1 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr and complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

M&L for laying only bricks any size/type obtained from srl item No 1 above, over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mehtab tiles Indore/Hind Mosaic Tiles Upleta. Note: Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate shall be submitted by contractor while claiming payment and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete ( 1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for oundation filling of poles as mass concrete and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling of stays and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground, floors or pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / hard-standing, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for protection cable & pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable of size 6 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing complete all as directed. ( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable of size 50 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing complete all as directed. ( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Taking out carefully unserviceable HT UG cable of size 70 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing complete all as directed. ( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm 2 core all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. Make of cable : Gloster/Havells/ Paragon/ Grandlay/Kalinga. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside all as required at site or directed.

Dismantling stay assy complete including excavation for taking out PCC block breaking of PCC block for taking out MS plate and depositing iron item to MES store yard and removing of PCC from site.

Dismantling PCC/steel poles any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside for reuse or depositing to MES stores yard.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT/HT over head line for repairs. Re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rebinding to the insulators using alumn/GI binding wire and making all existing cable connections all as required at site.

S&F Aluminium conductor of any size with steel reinforced all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized steel wire any size to LT over head line as continuous earth or fabrication of guarding cradles all as required at site or directed.

S & F cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia all as spfd and directed.

Supply, errecting and installation of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint through out, internally and externally up to planning depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coat of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making/painting three Nos circular strips each of 30 cm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking pole number with black paint all as spfd and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape ors size as indicated or directed and inclusive of oneprimer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of alumn paint.

All as srl item No 63 but fixing only after painting with one coat of alumn paint. (retrieved against srl item 54 here in after)

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation with due care and setting aside LT/HT fedder pillar box any type any size with all accessories.

Supply and installation, connecting eclectically & commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.50 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm, 1.5 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr- 04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 200 amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 Volt, 35/36 KA of make : Legrand/ Schneider/Havells/L&T complete all as required at site.

S&F HT 11 KV bus bar outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening double shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including HT bush, insulator & bus bar color code - 03 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work:-

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 16mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 1991 or directed by Engr-in-charge ( Excavation, PCC, and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

M&L for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green.

Fixing only insulator any type and any size from HT/LT over head lines received from item No 53 here in after.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

M&L for replacement of GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.(clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

S&F in replacement of line diagram of electric/water supply or chart any type febricated of 3mm thick acrylic sheet fibre board any weather effeced of size 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr incl writing figure (letter/number/shapes) all as directed and providing with 6mm thick plywood support by aluminium beading complete and fixing on wall of any type with rawal plug and screws etc.

Repair, maint and of broken doors for LT panel and bus bars by welding and incl fixing of new hinges and other material as required at site complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F in replacement of notice board made out of plywood board with fixing of cloth of best quality green colour supported by aluminium beading complete of size 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr fixing on wall with necessary arrangement.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water/electric supply installations/ inside the valve pit and surface excavation not esceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M.

M & L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and strictly all branches in one place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable. Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as one Job either machine placed from one side or both side of the cable. 2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. 3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately. 4. Material for repair and replacement measured and paid saperately. 5. One job shall be measured if the fault has successfully identified by the fault locator machine or removing moisture in the cable if required.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site and shifting/refixing in other location under GE Kanpur after cleaning and making all electrical/earthing connections all as spfd and directed.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the erth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaing surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 1991 or directed incl testing on competion.

All as per srl item No 93 but connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm Earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified.

M & L for fixing earthing strip 32 x 6 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, In Repair,complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long at roof top / top most place of buildings including suitable arrangements for fixing with aluminium strip and pointed upwards for observing lightening all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing earthing lead 20 x 3 mm copper strip fixed to wall with help of insulated gutties (as per sample) on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, In Repair, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in replacement MCCB enclosure box, factory made, to house MCCB of 250 Amps with all fixing arrangement to fix on wall including provision of electric connection including suitable size of aluminium lugs and taking out old unserviceable main switches complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No : 5708-02 of Legrand or equavalent to L&T / schiender / siemens/Havells as approved by GE.. Note : MCCBs will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing earthing strip 25 x 3.15 mm aluminium strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, In Repair,complete all as specified & directed.
