Amount

a) Providing Operation & Maintenance Services of Electrical and Mechanical Installations i.e Fire Alarm system,VRF AC System, Arrival & Departure Conveyor belt systems, Automatic Sliding Door, Water coolers, lighting etc for Terminal Building, Power House i.e Sub-Station,DG Sets,transformer etc,ancilliary building of Office's & Canteen, PAPI Lights,STP & Pump operation,Car Park Area,Street light etc covering the above scope of works only minor maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis, maintenance of records, documents etc. by engaging manpower round the clock basis and as per details mentioned in Special Condition of Contract . b) Providing Operation & Maintenance Services of GLF Electrical and Mechanical Installation i.e. PAPI, Runway lights, Approach, CCRs, ATC, DG set, UPS and E&M installations of Apron etc of operational area covering the above scope of words only minor maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, records, documents etc, by engaging manpower round the clock basis and as per details mentioned in Special condition of Contract.

Servicing, maintenance and testing of L & T make Air Circuit Breaker - 1000A complete as required.

Servicing, maintenance and calibration of earth fault ,over load relay and under voltage complete as required.

Servicing, maintenance and testing of 12 kV HT - Vacuum Circuit Breaker of L&T make type UNIVEX NX, complete as required.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site including testing for BDV before and after dehydration and filtration and submission of test reports etc. as required complete as required.

Repair of earth pit by providing necessary mason enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and funnel as per CPWD/ AAI specification.

Rewinding the following with copper winding wires of required size and heat varnishing etc. as required including less for dismantled copper wire etc. as and when required. Size of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm

Rewinding the following Exhaust fans with copper winding wires of required size and heat varnishing etc. as required including less for dismantled copper wire etc. as and when required. Size Exhaust fans upto 450 mm

Rewinding the wall fans with copper winding wires of required size and heat varnishing etc. as required including less for dismantled copper wire etc. as and when required.

Replacement of ball bearing for above ceiling/wall/exhaust fans.

Providing and fixing vinyl sticker on the existing information signage board inside NITB of required design and letters. The letters in Hindi and English will be electro cut computerised automated to be transferred on existing polycarbonate sheet after removing the existing vinyl sticker complete as directed by engineer-in -charge as and when required.

Providing 5 mm thick polycarbonate sheet including providing and fixing new vinyl sticker of required design and letters on the new sheet as per direction of engineer-in -charge. The letters in Hindi and English will be electro cut computerised automated.

Painting of Street light Poles of height more than 7 m and upto 9 m with one coat of primer and two coats of approved alumminium paint after scrubbing and cleaning the old paint complete from the existng surface.

Painting of LT panels / Earth pit cover with two coat of enamel paint after scrubbing and cleaning the old paint complete from the existng surface.

Lettering of maximum 2" size (Alpha/ Numerical) on the existing surface of feeder pillar / panel/ earth pits with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as approved by engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

Lifting and lowering of Underground Submersible Pump Motor set upto 7.5 HP installed at various locations of airport.

Supply of Automatic hand dryer as per approved make at terminal building.

Supply of LED driver model- MB-IDA , Input voltage- 240 VAC, 50 Hz, Input current - 0.21A , Output voltage - 36-60 VDC , Output current- 350-1200 mA

Supply of LED panel light with driver model-RCP36D, Input power- 36W, Input voltage - 220-240V- Suitable for indoor application

Supply and top up of transformer oil as per latest government specifications for transformer, AVR.

Supply of 3.5 core 300sqmm size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminum conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 (part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply and fixing of wall mounted 400 mm sweep fan suitable to work on single phase, 230V, 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of 3.5 core 25sqmm size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminum conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098 (part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply of hi flow model 50W -70W ceiling fan, 5 star rated with sweep 1200 mm with fan hooks, down rods etc as required suitable for single phase supply.

Execution of works as per CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018 excluding GST for Rs.2,00,000.00 as and when required. Note for contractor: For 10% above contractor shall quote 2,00,000+10%= 2,20,000. Similarly for 10% below contractor shall quote 200000-10%= 1,80,000.
