Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick, PCC block masonry or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) plaster on fair face of brick work in CM 1:4 and finishing the surface even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels, etc of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to contol efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering of internal surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as speciified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved colour and pattern over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling & applying applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1 :4 as in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces applying of one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing the same after easing and adjusing in same opening all as specified and directed.

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 17 above but as in dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tiles all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but as in dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles (350x250x7mm or 450x300x7mm) colour tiles on walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over 10 mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile & laid over & including 10 mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path floor etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in any cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L machine cut machine polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick in flooring but one piece as in treads of straircase etc over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing moulding complete, over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:3 for laying floor finishes, all as specified and directed. Note : Single piece Kota stone slab shall be in trades of stair case.

All as item No 26 here in before but in one piece on vertical surface as skirting over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to receive kota stone/slab etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab 18-20 mm thk machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement and pointed and adhesive of pigment to match the shade including cutting with polshing rounding moulding etc, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1 :4, all as directed.

All as per item No 28 above here in before but 20 mm thick Machine cut Cudappah stone in floor or in any position of any colour and shape as specified and directed.

M & L for polishing to old existing Kota stone flooring i.e, cutting , grinding, joints pigment filling and polishing to get mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block mansonry or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius and exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old steel tubing and connection of 15 mm dia in new or old position walls, ceiling, floor etc Note: Serviceable pipes obtained shall be re-used

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in concrete block walls, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) and making good , cutting n.exc 10cm girth all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 20mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bore Bib taps, cast copper alloy CP with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed

S&F in repairs 15mm Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed all as directed.

S & F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern (Low or high level) of 10 litre capacity, white/coloured with inlet ball valve, float, handle including fixing brackets and 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan Orissa pattern long pan, size 580 mmX440mm white with `P' or `S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc, including trap set in and including concrete complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white fixing bolts (excluding flushing cistern) but including flush pipe, connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe complete , all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in path, floor, parking etc construction joint after every 2 mtr interval and from wall will be filled by mastic all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Cast iron soil 100 mm bore , waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors.

S&F in repairs Cast iron floor trap 100 mm bore with grating including jointing to waste pipe and fixed with PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate, all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe type 'A' in floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing pipe.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggrergrate as in path, floor, parking etc construction joint after every 2 mtr interval and from wall will be filled by mastic all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix), using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required as directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposing of the same off the primeses as and where directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surface, using Liquid Water Proofing Compound as pr manufacturers instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note: Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant page of this BOQ.

M & L for applying APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) bitumen membrane 3mm thick APP modified weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fibre of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer 0.40Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Finally, painting with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gms / Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & not exc 500, setting asides (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, waterproofing etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface and M&L for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, complete and as directed. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent approved make.

Making hole and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent approved make.

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls, chhajjas DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elestromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capabity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution & 1 coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat shall be of PlDlLlTE or equivalent. The product shall have following properties: Elongation > 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength : 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water Resistance conforming to SS 500, Crack bridging ability conforming to Class A4 as per EN 1062 Part 7, Positive hydrostatic pressure > 7 bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation property complying EN 1062 Part 6, RCPT conforming to ASTM C 1202.
