P/F of laminated wooden flooring including cost of foam, door profile and laminated cornice

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/liter, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and color complete as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approve brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats including with ready mixed of approved brand and including priming coat complete in all respects.

Providing and applying wall putty 2mm thick including scratch patches including sand papering complete job.

P/L of vitrified floor tiles size of tile 600x600 mm lais on 20mm thick cement mortal 1:4 including grading the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc complete

P/F of 35mm thick wire gauze shutters of 1st class kail wood using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for the aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia of 0.63mm including butt hinges with screws

Providing and fixing of glass panes 4mm thickness as per specifications with first class deodar beading up to size 40x50mm in wooden frames and painting as per specifications.

Applying water proofing cement paint(snowcem) on outer walls of approved brand and manufacture to give fine look two or more coats

Providing and fixing of storage cabinets of 19mm plyboard including Shelves and shutters 1’-6” deep complete job including P/F of veener to exposed surfaces complete job

Providing and fixing of aluminum works in portions, doors, windows of tubular section including cost of gaskets, fasteners all strips glass sheet and laminated 12mm board complete job

Providing and fixing 19mm plyboard shelves including applying of priming and two coats of paint complete job.

Providing and fixing of stainless-steel railing grade (304) including vertical posts, balusters complete job

Electrification and other allied works Lighting points: Wiring for the following light points with 1.5Sqm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 vilts grade standard flexible FR wires of approved make in existing concealed or surface mounted conduit including providing and fixing of 6 Amp single pole switch of approved quality, colour make and design in 1.6mm thick GI box and earthing of fixtures and the outlets with 1.5Sqm PVC insulated copper conductor. (including dismantling as required)

Heating point: Wiring for heating point with 2x2.5 Sq mm copper conductor including cost of 16 Amp switch and socket complete as required.

Providing and fixing of power indicator of 230 V complete

surface light: Supplying installing testing and commissioning of 9 Watt Led lights complete with connection as required

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of approved make complete with connection as required

Wiring of lighting point/Exhaust fan/ceiling fan point / bulb head lights with 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire including conduct GI-box and face plate and fixing of 6 Amp Modular Switch complete connection as reg. (GM/ Havel’s/ Compton/ Poly-cab. Havells.

Wiring for 250 volts single phase and neutral 16 Amps switched socket outlet with 4 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade stranded flexible FR wires in concealed or Surface mounted conduit, /PVC including providing and fixing of 16Amps 3 pin switched socket of approved make and design in 1.6mm thick GI boxes with grid plates and earthing the third pin of socket outlet with 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor stranded flexible FR wire.
