Contractor to quote rate accordingly.)

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing tarfelting or any other type of water proofing of roof slab, any type any thickness carefully all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bond bituminous primer @ 0.2Kg / Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown hot bitumen 95/15 over the membrane at @1.20 kgs/sqm and surface finished with a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out only through authorised applicator who are certified by the firm for quality application.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick (Average thickness) Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), as in padding concrete / levelling course laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning existing roof surfaces and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm smooth the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection including finishing of concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base 75mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in flooring even and smooth without using extra cement including Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in flooring for laying floor tiles all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver blocks / tiles , any shape & size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006 M-35 of 60 mm thickness over 50 mm thick sand cushion all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand cushion shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for coloured Non skid coloured tiles superior finish grade B-1 quality 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floor with rectified edges ( joint free) etc set and jointed in neat cement slury over cement screed 15 mm thick 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles economy finish Gde B-II (b) quality of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick with rectified edges as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10 mm thick backing coat with cm 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Grinding/Rubbing and polishing to existing kota stone flooring minimum three times to achieve desired finish incluidng waxing to remove all stain, dirts / soil marks etc. all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed. Note :- Work to be carried out for over head reservior of height exceeding 7.5 m and not exceeding. 15.00 m.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactureres instruction on concrete surfaces of roof and making the surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid saparately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.including necessary scoffoiding work where required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Height of the structure upto 7.5 m.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches/DB's/Sheet metal plug top off size from their position and removing materials from site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring with aluminum conductor cable of 2 of 2.5/4/6/10 sqmm with GI earth wire on and including wooden batten and removing materials from the site and making good distrubed surface of walls and and roofs complete all as specified and as directed.
