Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed Building construction/civil work of value not less than Rupees 5.29 lakhs (usually 50% of the amount of contract/estimate cost) as a prime contractor.

Others -- Certificate as Prime Contractor should be obtained from forest divisions duly signed by an officer not below the rank of DCF/equivalent officer

Financial Status

Achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 21.16 lakhs (usually double the work estimate cost)
