Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any position as in dispersal runway/taxi track without disturbing the adjacent side by cutting with mechnically operated diamond cutter or any other sourse and removing the rubbish outside defence land including preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Photograph of demolition shall be enlcosed for claiming payment. The depth of demolition shall be visible in the photograph. The Engr-in-Charge shall issue gate pass of each truck.

M & L for sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free with puncture having minimum weight 390 gm Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimun 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or grabel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm lenngth, specific, gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15 - 40micron, minimum meelting temperature as 240°C and minium tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specfied by the manufacture. PQC laid , spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017 and removing the rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Mix design of concrete shall be carried out by contractor from Govt Institution/IIT/NIT. The design mix shall got approved by the GE. The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix. The design mix shall be changed if the source of supply of materials is changed. The contractor shall bear this provision in mind. (ii) The concrete shall be mix in approved automatic batching plant as per approved design mix. The concrete shall be transported in movabale transit truck. The copy of each truck load shall be submitted to GE and the same shall be defaced by Engr-in-Charge and submitted to GE for claiming payment.

M & L for dummy joint repair /replacement in old concrete pavement, racking out old existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools lke cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry , vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at a interval of 30 minutes before pacing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Thereafter polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia for complete length of joint, over it to be filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% and removing the rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note- The contractor shall submit purchase voucher

M & L for expansion joint repair/ replacement in old concrete pavement, racking out old existing sealant compound in any existing depth by mechanical means, preparing and cleaning of sides bottom and edges of by special tools lke cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry , vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at a interval of 30 minutes before pouring the sealant. M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by applying 'Hot marked' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) conforming to IS (First Rivision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mm thick and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by GE.

M & L for repair to damage broken cement concrete edges between two adjacent slabs and pot holes of taxi/runway/dispersal by cutting (square/rectangular shape) of any depth with cutter or chisel, cleaning surfaces and removing of loose material and dust by blowers and disposing off rubbish out of MoD land and applying one coat of epoxy resin primer and filling with elastomeric concrete complete all as specified and directed . Make : Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd or equivalent in SIKA, BASF, Fosroc Note : During repair the disturbed joints of slab shall be made good to full depth as required with sealing complound grade "B" ISI marked without any extra cost and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work subclass "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for brick work subclass "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or side in CM (1:4) as in drain/ channel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area in soft /loose Soil n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specfied and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC (design Mix) M -25 using 20mm graded aggregates, foundation, including rafts, footing, drain, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns, etc bsement slabs, under-ramex poil;es and mass concrete complete all as specfied and directed. NOTE:- (i) Mix design of concrete shall be carried out by contractor from Govt Institution/IIT/NIT. The design mix shall got approved by the GE. The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix. S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required including crankig bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bingings with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in bed block benching, kerb, mud stop, rounded or chamferrred on edges, coping on edging of drain etc incluidng necessary form work where required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) as in cover slabs placed in position complete including necessary form work and demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified provided for and removing the demolished material out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation/desludging /desilting as in liquid /dry foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.50m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs.grass from side of drain including removing existing RCC cover slabe of any size and thickness and resetting in the same position and removing the sludge out the defecnce land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clean the shrubs and grass of aprons and and removing the sludge out the defecnce land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality "B" as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incluiding either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rils and guides ) and hanign also fasterning and fixing complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only for framed work of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality "B" as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incluiding either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rils and guides ) and hanign also fasterning and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Gate should be re-fix in same opening after easing and making suitable fixing arrangement including all fitments items l and like.
