Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 500 to 800 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, welding work, leakage repairing and complete servicing including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- New transformer oil, Dehydration of transformer oil, LT/HT bushings/studs shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for servicing of 11 KV Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of any make at sub station which includes disconnecting, removing old grease, re-greasing of moving parts with recommended grease and checking of the entire breaker trolley mechanism,checking of the closing and tripping time in milli seconds using high precision time scope timer, measurements of contact resistance and insulation values, cleaning the complete VCB by opening front and back doors, tightening of cable connections, checking & repairing the current circuit panel wiring, relay etc and re-assembling & re-installing the VCB back to ts original position including testing and commissioning after completion of work all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The cost for minor spares such as operating handles, screws,nuts,bolts, washers indicating lamps, lamp holders, HRC fuses,fuse carriers etc shall be included in the rate quoted for the item. Servicing shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommended checklist.

M&L for cross arm bracing support to clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section like angles channels flat etc including nuts bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts if any shape and size and incl applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling of old cross arms and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel wire reinforced (ACSR) fixed as over head line incl lighting through pole and on insulator with aluminium binding wire and incl jumpers complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling the old one and installation of new sign board mounted on MS flat Angle iron frame and PUC/Acrylic board with neon writing letters should be machine cut as required incl flat iron clamps & angle iron support for grouting /fixing on walls complete including computer printing/inject printing of wards/diagram/emblems etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The matter in each case depending on the installation will be as given and finalised by the Engr-in-charge. The rate quoted is deemed to include the same.
