Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer, as a prime contractor, should have in his name Satisfactorily completed at least one similar Nature of works Not less than Rs.12.71 Lakhs. The work should have been commenced and completed in any year during the last five financial years (i.e from 01-04-2021 till date of submission) i.e the work must have commenced on or after 01-04-2021 and completed till the date of submission of tender.
To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer must have valid Class -1 and Above and Contractor s Registration Certificate, registered in KPWD / MES / CPWD as on the Date of Tender Notification.
To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2021-2022, 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25& 2025-26 ) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.25.41 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ).
To Qualify for award of this contract the assessed available tender capacity of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender the tender capacity should be calculated asper standard tender document formula
