Construction and Maintenance of RD Road to Khilingirmeta Road in the District of Rayagada under MMSY for the year 2026 27.

B.T. ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadway in hard soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing & Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
