Lifting of pump from the sump with the help of chain pulley and with necessary safety measure and kept it at the safe place on the pumping station after disconnecting the power supply.

Dismantling the total Pump-Motor unit of submersible pump part by part such as cable gland, motor cover, mechanical seal, radial bearing, thrust bearing, impeller, rotor, shaft etc. by using special tools & tackles and gas burner as required without damaging any spares.

Overhauling, greasing the Bearings for both DE & NDE side with fitting, fixing of circlips & Bearing lock Nut for proper assembling of the pump unit.

After thorough cleaning of the rotor winding by proper heating, final cleaning to be done by CTC. The rotor winding is to be varnished by Dr. Beck’s make varnish after heat run.

Re-metalizing the worn out portion of the shaft & machining of the shaft as required.

Machining and balancing of rotor shaft as required.

Supply and replacement of mechanical seal as required as per given sample.

Confirming to grade FG-220 IS-210-1978 including complete machining allowances for diffuser weight 32 Kg.

Necessary turning the outside & inside dia. Of faces of flange of diffuser.

Making drill holes on face of the flange by maintaining proper P.C.D by mounting the diffuser on special type of jig and fixture on radial drill machine

Painting of complete bell mouth with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of reputed make after proper sand blasting including materials and labour.

Filling the graded specific oil in the pump chamber Item and pressure testing for conforming the leakage.

Assembly of rotor into stator complete in all respect carefully without damaging any accessories both of stator and rotor with special tools & tackles and arrangement and assembling the pump motor unit part by part with necessary gasket, rubber ring, nut and bolts, lock washers etc.

Lower down the pump motor set after complete assembly and provide electrical connection in the starter panel board and trial run.

Transportation charges from pumping station to party’s workshop and back same including loading and unloading vice versa.
