Note: The Annual Concession Fee shall in no case be less than Rs 24.21 Lakh, exclusive of GST. Any amount quoted below the same shall not be considered for further evaluation. GST and other applicable taxes and local taxes if any will be levied on the Concessionaire as per the prevailing regulations.

* The bidder is requested to inspect the existing premises and acquaint himself at his own cost, before bidding.

i. I/we certify that I have gone through the bid document. I have understood the terms and conditions.

ii. I/we have inspected the existing premises and acquainted ourselves with the ground level situation and details.

iii. I/we agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Punjab Heritage and Tourism promotion Board.

iv. I/we agree that this offer shall remain valid for a period of 180 (One Hundred Eighty) days from the Proposal due date or such further period as may be mutually agreed upon.
