Checking and attending to complaints of water leakage from bib taps, stop cock, pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer, angle valve, concealed valve,shower rose, health faucet & jet, float valve of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works not mentioned here in before used any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area & requires plumbing including carrying out minor repair such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread (soot),Teflon tape, M-seal, screws(any size), nails (any size) or any other material not mentioned here in before to make water supply /plumbing lines & fittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/users. Note: (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from B/R-II complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints. (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail. Checking of joinery (wooden/steel) iron/ aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, minor adjustment of joinery, door etc including petty repairs material like screws / nails, plug etc to make it functional. Note : (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from AGE B/R-II Complaint Cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except sunday /holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaints. (ii) Complaint must be completed within 24 hours without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the Contractor. (iii) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid. (iv) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for work at height and location including cost of scaffolding]

Deployment of manpower with material as on requirement basis for carrying out different type of Masonry work such as plaster work (upto 5.0 sqmtr at one place), repair/replacement of broken tiles fixed in any position (upto 2.0 sqmtr at one place), repair of brick work (upto 0.5 cum at one place), repair of PCC/hard stand (upto 0.25 cum at one place), repair of manholes, valve pits, pointing of roofs, repairs to jambs of doors, windows, coping and benching of chajjas etc, of various Md/OTM accn to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) All the bldg materials which are required to carry out necessary repair works, cost of transportation /handling of bldg material and the labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. No claims by contractor in this effect will be entertained at any stage. (ii) All the repair works received /assigned on a particular day will be addressed and completed on that particular day only (upto 1800 hrs) or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and complete repair wks on the same day or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge, recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor.

Taking down carefully anodized aluminium door frame incl glazed shutters & builder’s hardware complete of area exc 2 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each of any description and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable component/hardware to make it fully functional etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & fixing of new joining cleat, aluminium beading, glazing clips, rubber packing, stays including cutting of old styles etc & adjusting the same appropriately as directed. (ii) Glazing, new aluminium sections for frame/shutters, builder’s hardware such as handles, hinges, door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for separately. (iii) Loose corner joints of frame & shutters shall be tightened by providing suitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make the joints at 90 degree.

M&L for repair to damaged RCC surfaces of chajjas, soffits of slabs, beams, columns, cantilever slabs, beams, columns, fins, stair cases, railing, etc at any height and in any position including cutting / chipping the spalling concrete surfaces and applying epoxy treatment for bonding new or old concrete surfaces and providing welded steel wire fabric mesh 75 x 25mm of weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface with suitable pins/clamps/ welding to the existing reinforcement and applying polymer modified cementous coating on concrete surfaces prepared for guniting and finished with 40mm thick (25mm thick average) pressure Guniting in Cement mortar 1:3, applied by pressure hoses finishing the plastered surfaces with two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for work at height and location including cost of scaffolding]

Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead tanks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cleaning shall be done through wash out pipe by marking suitable arrangement to the outlet pipe such as cutting of the pipe providing short piece of pipe fitting and union coupling etc where the wash out pipe are not existing. The dirt etc shall not be allowed to enter the water supply system. (ii) Completion of complaints shall be carried out within stipulated time period to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge & users/occupants. (iii)The rate mentioned against the items incorporates use of any material for completing the complaints to the satisfaction of user/occupants. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.

All as per item No 10.00 above but exc 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltrs tank capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintel hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps,plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 410 or Fe 290 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete up to 50 mm depth/ plaster and cleaning all loose dust washing with water and applying bonding coat nito bond AR or equivlent of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and a like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and applying two or more coats of 2 component zinc based epoxy rust preventer (Nitozinc Primer-M) on corroded reinforcement after cleaning and removing the rust from corroded reinforcement with the help of wire brush and treating it with rust remover (Reebaklens RR) including thoroughly cleaning washing air blowing brushing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Qty of Zinc based epoxy rust prevent or only shall be taken into account for payment purpose on the basis of actual consumption.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quion arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters frome the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick of size 300mmx 300mm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shed of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm/450x350x7 mm thick over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles etc complete all as specified & directed.

Treatement for sunken portion is as follows :- (a) Demolition of lean concrete and other type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (b) Maintain the Sunken to a slope of 1:40 outward with 32mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150 mm beyond outer face of wall. (c) Top of the sunken floor slabs shall be laid to a slope 1:40. The surface of RCC slab shall be made even and smooth by using extra cement while the concrete is still green. Concave fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junctions of RCC slab and adjoining walls. (d) Floor and side walls upto the finished floor level shall be plastered with 15 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. Over plastered surfaces, a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3 kg per sqm, reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm per square metre) shall be laid by torch application. Side overlaps shall be 100mm and the ends laps shall be 150 mm and overlap joints shall also be sealed by torch application. (e) The sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete (1:5:10), type E2 using 40 mm brick aggregate after carrying out satisfactory testing of CI pipes / joints and slabs / walls by filling water for 72 hours. The sunken portion of Nahani / floor trap and pipe joints shall be embedded in PCC (1:3:6) blocks. (f) 32 mm dia GI spout shall be provided to drain out leakage, if any. etc complete all as specified and directed
