Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel door frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sq m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel window with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exceeding 1.50 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised corrugated 0.63mm thick mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with J or L bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washer (serviceble sheet obtained from dismentling shall be re-used) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coats of synthetic enamel on old steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, guard bar dovetailed or welded and including for painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggt as in floor finished the surface fair and even to receive top layer of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors, plinth protection finished the surface of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other concering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door gfitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging , also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-410 W (gde E-250)quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work 1.60mm thick cut to size, holes punched: including round headed screws, clout nails or rivetes and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning upo mitred angles, etc as required and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ms work in trusses/ purlins rafter,post plate etc including special shape washer etc complete using erw or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
