PROVISION OF APPROACH ROAD AND CHAIN LINK FENCE FOR USE OF CIVILIAN OF PANCHKERA VILLAGE FROM GE (UTILITY) TO GATE II WITH ALLIED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR 9 PARA (SF) AT UDHAMPUR MILITARY STATION UNDER GE (SOUTH) UDHAMPUR

Earth work in excavation in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed

Soling (or sub base), 150 mm thick (spread thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite/ basalt) including filling of interstices, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers 75 mm thick each layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) pf granite, trap or basalt spreading and compaction with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen VG-10 paving grade ( 80 -100 penetration) @ 10 Kg per Ten Square Metre with tar boiler, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each depression in patch over 50mm, shall also be carried out under this item

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen VG-10 paving grade ( 80 -100 penetration) @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre with tar boiler and including Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2 mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminious surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand" :- Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 kg/sqm & glass beads at the rate 0.30 kg/sqm (Reflactive Index 1.5) by using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specification. Note : Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith most Technology and speciality complete.

Providing, pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded) as in kerb stone including chamfers, weathering, throating etc set a cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed

Cat eye of size 100 mm x 100mmx18.5mm made of ABS material two reflectors fitted in the body, weight of cat eye 130 gm approx, designed for dynamic loads, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.
