Dismantling of previously installed damaged gate, by breaking the concrete platform with the help of breaker, hydraulic compressor mechanical excavator, and with the help of gas cutter, welding set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, welding rod and all required tools & tackles and labour like cutter, fitter, welder, electrician, beldar, helper, mason, chowkidar etc as required at site

Hiring of long boom crane

Making temporary platform with the help of wooden fatta, bamboos, rassa etc for the safe working at site.

Providing fabricating and fixing of sliding wooden flap of size approx. 2.30x 1.50 mtr with the help of 70 mm thick wooden plank of suitable size as per site requirement, MS angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm for strengthening and proper holding of wooden planks & nut bolts etc. The wooden plank must be processed by required chemical & paints for making it water resistant and longer life i/c charges of Providing and fixing of MS cover at each edge of wooden flap for making it robust and making it of stable thickness for easy sliding in grooves. It must be fabricated in such a way that it perfectly fits in the grooves and sliding smoothly, Strengthening of wooden flap for smooth movement, making it leak proof by applying water proof adhesives, chemical washing of flap for protecting it from insects including cartage

Providing and fixing MS angle 75x75x8 length 16 mtr in order to assemble the gate.

Providing and fixing MS channel of size 150x75 mm 27 mtr lengths on the both side of the gate.

Fabrication of SS spindle of dia ­­50 mm length 2.50 mtr including turning, threading and complete in all respect as per site requirement with thrust bearing, spindle nut, hand wheel and complete assembly.

Proving of twin hook mechanism, head stock assembly, Wheel including bearing and nut etc. as per sample.

Fixing of the gate and all systems by using of heavy duty MS studs made by lathe machine and i/c labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician, material like cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, welding set, welding rod, nut bolt with washer, etc along with T&P and transportation of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Fabrication of M.S. jall/Platform on the effluent channel of EPH Okhla 2.3 m x 2.7 m. The jall frame should be made from 65x65x6 mm angle and filled with 16 mm M.S. Square bar at a distance of 50 mm. This work includes cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labour i/c fixing of MS jall

Providing of MS I girder of size 200x 100x7 mm on the effluent channel to hold the load of jall and platform in cross section and horizontal total length of girder is Approx 11 mtr. This work includes grinding, cutting, welding finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labour including fixing of Girder

Civil work like grouting etc required as per site requirement including cost of men & material like cement, concrete, sand etc

Providing/fixing of MS railing made out of MS Pipe Class C 50 mm dia –length-46 meter. This work includes cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labour

Painting charges of complete structure with minimum two coat anti corrosive red oxide primer and minimum two coat synthetic enamel paint i/c cost of thinner and auxiliary material required for painting like old dhoti, emery paper for rubbing, brushes, ladder etc.

Testing & Commissioning of the gate with the help specialised labour etc. complete in all respect including transportation charges etc.
