M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of any description, on walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of any description, on ceilings /Soffits and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted /decorated plastered surface of any description, on walls and applying one coat of acrylic base paint (weather proof), painted in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 100 mm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 100 mm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new palstered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for corrugated steel sheeting 0.63mm thick, galvanised with zinc coating @ 275 gm/ Sqm in two-corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J-type cranked hook bolts with washer, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain sheeting 0.80mm thick galvanised with zinc coating @ 275 Gms per Sqm as in ridge, hips, valley gutters etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type crank hook bolt with washer etc complete all as specified

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/blankets/slabs, any description and any thickness including cover fillets, cornices, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood ( 5 Nos ply) grade BWR, type BB fixed to timber frame work with screw/ nails complete all as specified.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought, fixed with screws/ nails, cross sectional area exc. 3.0 Sqcm but not exc. 6.0 Sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing monsoon drain of avg depth not exc 1.0 mtr, including removal of silts, sludge etc. with manually or mechanically from drain bed for free flow of storm water including disposal of silts, sludge etc to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500m and deposited outside of MoD land. Note :- Cleaning of drain shall be as per users requirement viz once before Monsoon and after mansoon or as necessiated as per user requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Make : Havells (cat No ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL 90WLED757SASYTOPC) or equivalent in PHILIPS/SURYA ROSHNI/ BAJAJ /WIPRO/ CROMPTON. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
