Sub-Head : WIRING

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a)(Group-C)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulatedcopper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 2 Nos. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm +1X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 4 sq. mm +1X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

a) 2 x 1.5 sq. mm

b) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

c) 4 x 1.5 sq. mm

d) 5 x 1.5 sq. mm

e) 5 x 1.5 sq. mm

f) 6 x 4 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

a)5/6 A switch.

b) 15/16 A switch.

c) 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet.

d) 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet.

Supplying & fixing modular blanking plate on existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, Gl box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

a) 1 or 2 Module (75mmX75mm)

b) 3 Module (100mmX75mm)

c) 4 Module (125mmX75mm)

d) 6 Module (200mmX75mm)

e) 8 Module (125mmX125mm)

f) 12 Module (200mmX150mm)

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm ERLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm ERLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

a) Group C

Providing, fixing and laying of 25 mm dia PVC flexible pipe for protection of loose copper wire complete etc. as reqd.

SUB HEAD (Fans and Fittings)

Replacement of existing 40 W tube light fittings by of following capacity 4 ft long surface mounted, energy savings, LED luminaire having etc complete as reqd.

a) 20 watt M/s Philips Slim line

SITC of 1200 mm sweep energy efficient five star rating ceiling fan complete with all accessories including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable ,including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required (M/s Orient/Havells/Usha/Crompton make only)

Supplying and fixing 400 mm sweep wall mounting fan complete with connection testing commissioning etc as required.(M/s Cromptom/USHA/havells or SS make)

SITC of Pure White Round Shape 30 Watt Electric Led Focus Light For Indoor application complete as reqd

SITC of 200 W LED flood light fixture in aluminium housing with toghened glass and high power LEDs suitable for lighting at the indoor stage testing, commissioning etc. complete as required. (M/S Crompton, Model: Rover Pro)

Sub-Head : MCB & DB'S

Supplying and fixing of following ways, horizontal type, TPN sheet steel MCB distribution board 415 V on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as reqd (but without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator)

a) 4 way (4 +12), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) Single pole

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing Cable End Box (Loose Wire Box) suitable for triple pole and neutral, sheet steel, Vertical MCB distribution board, 415 Volts, on surface/ recess, complete with testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Sub Head: Miscellaneous

Dismantling of the exisiting wiring system, point wiring, lights, ceiling fans, switch boards, DBs etc. compete as reqd.

Supplying of Unidirectional Dynamic chordless microphone Ahuja ADM511 or Similar/superior with necessary accessories complete as reqd.

Supplying, fixing of Ahuja 200W Loud Speaker, SRX-220 or Similar/superior with necessary accessories complete as reqd.
