SUBHEAD - I Cooling Tower

Repairing of 50TR/100TR capacity cooling tower in the central water cooled system complete in all respect to make it functional the following activities are included in the scope. a) Removal of damaged fills and replacement of new fills. b) Balancing of evaporator fan and Alignment of base fan. c) Leakage to be sealed with suitable sealent, cleaning of cooling tower and replacement of grills.

Providing and fixing of MS pipe line in the conncetion of cooling tower distribution line complete in all respects including dismantling of corroded pipe line etc.

Providing and fixing of float ball of cooling tower complete in all respect.

(a) Cooling tower at basin/make up-water tank

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing of 19 mm thick Nitrile Insulation over the make-up water tank with aluminium foil and aluminium cladding over the tank etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing of pressure gauge on the sunction and discharge line of the condensor pump set complete in all respects.

(a) Range 0-10 Kg/cm²

SUBHEAD - II Hot water Generators

Repairing and replacement of Electric heater in hot water generator system of the following capacity.

(a) 15 KW, 415V with SS Flanz Dia 200 x 10mm U Type.

(b) 17 KW, 415V with SS Flanz Dia 200 x 10mm U Type.

(c)20 KW, 415V with SS Flanz Dia 200 x 10mm U Type.

(d) 25 KW, 415V with SS Flanz Dia 200 x 10mm U Type.

Replacement of damaged items in the hot water electric panel.

(a) Temperature sensor

(b) Voltmeter

(c) Ammeter

(e) Indication lamps

(f) Thermostate

(g) Temperature Thermometer

(h) Flow switch

(i) Hot water Generator PCB

SUBHEAD - III Chilled Water Pumps

Providing and fixing of following items for the chilled water primary and secondary pump set.

(a) Pressure gauge

(b) Thermometer

(c) Rubber-coupling for pump set

(d) Impeller

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

Removable of sand cement plaster over the leakage pipeline of various sizes in the plant room area.

SUBHEAD - IV Compressor

Providing and fixing of sensor in the chilled water pipe line complete in all respects.

Temeperature/Pressure sensor

Refilling of refrigerant gases in the existing compressor as instructed by engineer in-charge.

Refilling and topup of compressor oil in the installed centralised air-conditioning plant.

Descaling of heat exchanger/condensor of the existing controlised air conditioning plants with circulation of appropriate chemical and pump set etc completye in all respect.

Providing and fixing of damaged the following electric/electronic sensor, field devices etc.

(a) Low/High level switch

(b) Expansion valve

(c) Air dryer/air desiccant

Gas leakage testing, brazing, vaccumization for the compressor etc. in the refrigerant gas line and make it functional in all respects including nitrogen pressure testing.

Provisioning and fixing of following size of copper Refrigent tubing with 6mm thickness insullation complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of 19 mm thick Nitrile Insulation over the make up water tank with aluminium foil and aluminium cladding over the tank etc. complete in all respect.

(a) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.
