Lifting the existing worn out old shutter and conveyance to nearest location which one is fixed by the Site Engineer. Fabrication, transport, supply and installation of new shutter of shutter size 5790 x 2130 mm for the Sathaiyar spillway shutter replacing the existing old eroded shutter. Servicing the existing shutter side rollers by removing all the roller pins, rollers cleaning the bearings (SKF-Nu-220), oil seals, bearing repairs, facing of pins and washer plates, roller adjustment lever repairs, reassembling the roller with grease packing, etc., Servicing the heavy duty gear box type worm gear arrangement, screw rod Repairs, counter weight lifting arrangement, change of gear oil, oil seal and lubrication. Manual operation overhauling and repairs. Gauge scale repairs and rectification. To rectify lifted bed after alignment correction of screw rod, gearbox, Suspension channel and guiding arrangements. Change of three stage guide channels with new 2 nos of ISMC- 250mm for each stage (2x2=4 nos) for the well width and bearing of at least 250mm with MS flats and angles for fabrication and including erecting them inside masonry for not less than 250mm. Change of suspension channel ISMC-150mm - 4m long in three stages, fabrication face to face welded and connected to gazzeted plate of thickness 12mm and MS 16x65mm bolts and nuts, connecting to shutter and screw rod similar to the existing, assembly, Repairs to the platforms inside the sluice well. Replacing the old corroded MS Flat by gas cutting, grinding, cleaning the entire surface area thoroughly and renewed by new roller track include Chain Pully.

Blast cleaning to SA 2 ½ standard over which epoxy primer to a thickness of 40 to 60µ and final coat of coal tar epoxy of 250 µ shall be applied as per IS 14177-1994. The cost includes cost of materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, oil & diesel for generator, process charges like gas cutting & welding, drilling. Counter weight are alignment checkup the lifting chain fully cleaning and checkup every chain joint and re-fixing the original position of the counter weight to shutter. Hire charges for machinery like gas cutting plant, welding equipment, magnetic drilling machine, generator, grinding machine, compressor, airless spray machine, hoisting equipment, like chain pulley block, derrick post, labour charges for loading, lifting, unloading, transport erection, scaffolding, conveyance to site and Scrapping, cleaning, buffing and one coat primer and two coat epoxy coating for old entire shutter component area. clearing them after completion of work, warranty for 5 years except protective coatings, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Replacement of existing river Sluice of screw gearing shutters of Size 910 x 1520mm made out of 8mm thick mild steel out of steel plates welded on single size mild steel angle frame made out of 50 x 50x 6mm M.S angles with groove stiffeners along with the M.S screw rod of 80mm diameter of following lengths threaded for required lengths providing Top beam 250 x 125mm of following length for rod platform beam with necessary clamps Anchor plates and Anchor bolts guide channels on either required side 75 x 40mm required provided with suitable hold fasts to accommodate the shutter in operations and providing capston head assembly with base plates and threaded inside to suit screw gearing rod with hexagonal nut with necessary special of labour charges and fixing in correct alignment civil work and position and including two coats anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications. All materials and works should be as per IS specification.

Replacement of existing Head Sluice of screw gearing shutters of Size 610 x 380 mm made out of 8mm thick mild steel out of steel plates welded on single size mild steel angle frame made out of 50 x 50x 6mm M.S angles with groove stiffeners along with the M.S screw rod of 80mm diameter of following lengths threaded for required lengths providing Top beam 250 x 125mm of following length for rod platform beam with necessary clamps Anchor plates and Anchor bolts guide channels on either required side 75 x 40mm required provided with suitable hold fasts to accommodate the shutter in operations and providing capston head assembly with base plates and threaded inside to suit screw gearing rod with hexagonal nut with necessary special of labour charges and fixing in correct alignment civil work and position and including two coats anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.All materials and works should be as per IS specification.

Rewiring with 2x1.5sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC. Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points Per Coil) etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewal by supply and fixing of single box type 20W LED fitting complete with 20W LED tube light with TW round block on wall or ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting with necessary connection etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewal by supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp. (Crompton High speed) etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewal by supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 5A (3 pin and 2 pin) combined flush type wall socket with control switches concealed in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet in flush with wall with earth connection (for computer plug socket) etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewal by supply and fixing of 150W Flood light fitting on existing Tubular Pole with PVC unsheathed copper leads from this terminals to the fitting with including labour charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

SAFETY SYSTEM OF ENGINE The Engine shall trip for the following conditions with visual alarm device 1. Low lubricating Oil Pressure 2. High water temperature 3. Vee-belt failure and over speed The following visual indicator should also be provide Low Battery Indication. The Engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous running at full load. b.ALTERNTOR: Alternator capacity of 40KVA / 32KW, AC 3 phase, 50HZ, 415Volts, 0.8 P.F 4 wire self excited, self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM under NTS conditions conforming to BS 5514 / ISO 3046/ISO 8528 (part-II) 1992 to be coupled directly to the Diesel Engine and test cerfiticate (Make: Kirloskar Green / Crompton Greaves / Equivalent) c. Engine Standard Control Panel / Mounted: Micro processor based LCD display the following Monitoring features: a)Phase Voltages, Phase Currents, kVA, kW, kWh, kVAr, Power Factor. b) Lube oil pressure, engine temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level, Auto / Manual stop.c) Battery charge condition. d) Common Alarm/Hooter outpur, AMF feature with ATS and with following Diagonistic features:a)Battery charging failure, Over/Under speed, Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, OverkW, Phase Sequencing, Phase missing. b) Low lube oil Pressure, High Engine Temperature, Low/High battery voltage, Low fuel level, Over Crank protection, Routing Maintenance indicator, Genset Test Facility. The engine should be cabable of providing 10% tempoary over loading.

d. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The Silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm. Power coating done after seven - tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE RETARDANT 64 kg/ m density Mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The average sound level at 1 Mt. Distance shall be less than 75 dB average or as per CPCB norms. e. BASE FRAME Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall be proivision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges. f. FUEL TANK 100 Ltrs. Integral Built in Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA MS sheet and its part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechancial fuel gauge.

g. BATTERY 1 No 12V 88 AH Battery h. Supply of maintenance manual books with engine and alternator Parts list. i. Supply of tools required for the Maintenance and operations of the Generator set. j. Mounting of starting batteries of 1/2" thick hylem sheet base with suitable angle iron frame work support on the floor by the side of generator set to conform to latest CEIG conditions. k. Supply and laying of annunciation cable of suitable capacity and length between engine and the control panel of the generator set / Rate for item (a) to (k)) (SR)

ERECTION OF GENSET: Providing suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with sand cushion all around the foundation and erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewal by supply and fixing of 100 Amps Four pole change over switch on suitable angle iron frame work with earth connection only etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.
