Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base rough finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured nonskid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item herein before but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles and backing laying 10mm thick CM 1:3 on vertical surfaces/backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm coloured in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on precast block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(40mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe safter they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of Mortar 20 mm thick laying floor finish CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cmx 25cm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface & applying two coats of Oil bound Distemper over a coat of primer approved colour/shade complete all as specified and as directed.
