(i) 11kV, 630Amp, 25kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. (iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 03CT+01PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (1) directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (2) negative sequence currents due to line-to-line or conductor-break faults, (3) residual and three-phase under-voltages/over-voltages (4) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (5) tripping-circuit-failures and interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage etc. and display the same locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. TCP/IP based WebHMI shall be integrated part of relay for remote setting without requiring any special relay software.

Supply & installation ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I Paint Polyurethane, Level-2 step down, copper Cu 99.9% purity, electrolytic grade wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 1000 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade , perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations.
The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked. Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing withstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per IS 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vacuum withstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Efficiency Level - 2 and shall comprise of the following accessories :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 185 , HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core /3.5 core of rated size/ runs of secondary currents, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. with Bi metallic flexible connectors and copper bus bars of rated capacity with insulators support to be provided. (c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Jacking / Lifting lugs, Marshalling box IP 55, with oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four no. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 2018 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-ohm 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sludge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Detachable Rollers of adequate load capacity and no. of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Top and Bottom Filter cum drain Valves with Dummy. (n) 6" Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator with alarm and Trip contacts in marshaling box connected with RMU / VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip armoured electric control cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm 10/12 core 1100 volt. (o) Radiators shall be of Detachable type with proper butter fly valves. (p) Double Float Buchholz Relay with shut off valve on both side and alarm and trip Contacts.
NOTE : (a) The OEM of the transformers should have in house LAB Certificate for Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration laboratories. (b) Manufacturer /OEM must have type test reports for each & every rating from CPRI / ERDA ( matching all he major parameters including the Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years. (c) Core shall be procured from one of these manufacturers – Posco/Nippon/NLMK/AK Steels or NOVEX Trader CRGO and CRGO core grade used should be M-OH / ZDKH / TCH only. Procurement, Mill's Test Certificate / Invoice from supplier /Bill of landing Bill of entry certificate by CUSTOMS shall be provided. The OEM Should have in house core cutting / slitting Machine. Burr level should be less than 10 Microns.
(e) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. (f) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip and the Control cable ,Including PCC Foundation as per OEM drawing shall be included in quoted rate (g) Expenses / cost for FAT and necessary Travel / freight / conveyance / stay expenses for inspecting/ testing officers as nominated by the accepting Officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. Tender/ contractor shall submit all the necessary certificates/ material Invoice of core as mentioned in above note (a) to (e) along with Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) from the OEM of transformer for make Approval by the Accepting Officer before placing the Order.
Supply and installation testing and commissioning of LT panel board SS 316 CPRI approved 500V AC 3 Phase , 50 Hz factory made outdoor type, floor mounted double front execution, made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet with arrangement for bus trunking entry from top of the panel with lifting angle 50x50x6mm base of 450mm height. Cable of size upto 630 sqmm single core (seven run) entry/out from bottom confirming to degree of protection IP-65 ,gasketing of PU foam gasket ensuring IP protection with temperature with stand by capacity 40 to 80 degree celsius with power coating and locking arrangements. LT panel mounted on 02 Nos, Brick pillars including excavation and earth work (PCC 1:2:4) type B1, brick work 1:4 and 15mm plaster of cement (1:6). (c) ACB 440 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz complete with adjustable load protection, no-volt release with microprocessor release EDO necessary CTs, mertes and cable boxes of rating 800 Amps - 03 Nos 65 KA..(O/G). Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc. The outer enclosure shall be made of 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet and inner compartment should be 2 mm. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).Location:- IHQ IHQ CAMP (MT)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc. The outer enclosure shall be made of 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet and inner compartment should be 2 mm. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).Location:- IHQ IHQ CAMP (MT)

(ii) All incoming & outgoing feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size of gland plate/glands. Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 630 sqmm single core with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type etc
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed
Material & Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer incl preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in MS work such as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.
S&F 12mm dia round TMT bars as in fencing, cut to length fixing with posts/fencing, binding securing with clips etc. all as specified and directed
Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces not.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable route indicator made of RCC(Nominal mix) type BO 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with 8 mm TMT Bar 1.5 M height x 60 cm wide x 10 mm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 11000 volts will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
