REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING JOINERY ROLLING SHUTTER AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT AUNDH MIL STATION UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as required , depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc half bricks and not exc one brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for filling in holdfast block complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat without taking off shutter from frame exc 1.5sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter from frame exc 1sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressed steel frame made out of 1.25 mm thick steel sheet for doors of size 125mmx 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs , hinges , lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pressed steel frame of size 105mmx60mm made out of 1.25 mm thick steel sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs , hinges , lock strike plate etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick (2st Class hardwood) factory made gauzed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze , etc (without sash bars) , edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass , etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I , Section 8 , Clause 8.20 (a) , Supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood plain, framed , panelled shutter (2 panel) with lock rail and panel commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board of 9 mm B.W.P commercial veneering on both faces.The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels , commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.
