REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING WITH THEIR FITTINGS/FIXTURES OF OTM, RESIDENTIAL AREA AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT, FLOOD LIGHT, POST TOP LIGHT, DG SET, CONNECTED PANELS AND REPAIR/MAINT OF EXTERNAL LT SUPPLY DIST, LT PANELS ETC

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV MCB DBs, SP/TP by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing matrials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding (Red, Black and green for single phase circuits) complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked with valid CML No. and including drawn through non metallic rigid PVC Concealed conduit medium grade minimum of adequate size ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories) and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc and chisselling on wall complete and including PVC insulated multi-starnded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core cable as earth conduity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed at site for the following srl items :-

One light/ Fan point controlled by one no one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on independent board

One 3 pin socket outlet point, 5/6 Amps on same board

One modular bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cable 1.5Sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accossories ISI marked including modular surface box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc and complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ceiling one 3/5 pin 15 Amp socket outlet and including provisining of 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor cable green in colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fixed to wall/ ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 5/6 Amp, 1 module, 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket outlet 3 pin plug, 6 Amps, universal socket outlet, 2 module 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.
