Material & labour for premix semidense asphaltic concrete 30 MM thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 rolled and compacted with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. (C) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material & labour for constructing valve pit chamber of size 750x750x750 mm internally suitable for walls with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 100 mm thick in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1/2 brick wall) using sub class ' B' brick including 15 mm thick plastering to internal surface in cement mortar 1:6 with MS cover 3 mm thick MSS angle frame 40x40x6 mm with locking arrangments including painting with two coats of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeding of angle iron in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C1 50 mm thick with flat hold fast purpose made hinges etc complete including necessary excavation returning filling and removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing GI pipe line (any type) and providing new connection with all type of fittings suitable for 40/ 25 mm GI pipe including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material & labour for cutting of PCC/ hard standing WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exc. 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/ PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling/ taking down carefully existing old steel tubular swaged poles/ swan neck pole and re-fixing/ erecting of at other location complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/ taking down old unserviceable street light fittings and supply, installations testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting 90 Watt aerodynamically designed steet light with excellent thermal management, inbuilt, tilt of 100 lumen/ watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50000 burning hours at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT> 5000K) and a CRI> 70. The luminaire shall meet IP66 rating with THD< 20% and Pf> 0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a falt glass optical cover complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable cable junction boxes and Supply & fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 200x160x98 mm on pole with MS clamps, cable connector, nut, bolts, washers and glands suitable for 16 sq mm 04 core cable including provision of MCB SP 6 Amp. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out XLPE aluminium conductor cable of size 10/ 16 Sqmm 2 to 4 core and bricks of pole /trench /duct /floor /wall /roof /under road /drain or hardstanding etc, all as specified and directed. Note: The amount quoted against this items shall be deemed included cost of excavation and earth work.

Supply and laying 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through pole from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing surfaces of LT electric poles of any type size and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying two coat of aluminium paint completely including painting strips on poles with one coats of sky blue and white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for writing pole No. with letters of size 50 mm height on pole/ plate with Black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for New earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 20mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note:- (i) GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Beyond this will be measured separately.

(D) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material & Labour for construction of septic tank for 10 users capacity , excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, brickwork in CM 1:4 , RCC slab covers including precast man holes cover having 6mm plate embedded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc complete all as shown in TD drawing specified in list of drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for soakage well excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed and solid brick work in CM RCC cover slab filling with brick bats complete of size 1.2m diax 3.0m depth all as shown in TD specified in list of drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

(E) PERIMETER/ SECURITY WALL/ CHAIN LINK FENCING/GATE

Supply and fixing of fencing over boundary wall with punched tap concertina coil (PTCC)1050mm dia all as specified and as shown on drawings and fixed with 7 horizontal rows of reinforced barbed tap (RBT) as specified which is to be fixed between angle 50x50x6mm at every interval of 3 mtrs centre to centre with wire, stud tied with GI staple and GI clips including necessary all bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of all items shall be deemed to include in the consted rate of this item of work as given above except 50x50x6mm angle iron which shall be measured and paid seperately,

Note: The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 70 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the lump Sum for Acceptance.
